A BUNCH OF RIP OFFS!! MADE A RESERVATION ONLINE AND CHECKED OFF THAT I DID NOT WANT THERE INSURANCE AND WHEN I GO PICK UP THE TRUCK THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE!! LENNY TOLD ME " HE DOESN'T MAKE MISTAKES " AND HUNG UP ON ME!! DO NOT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!! UNPROFESSIONAL UNRELIABLE AND DEFINITELY NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!! CHARGEDE 250.00 DOLLARS WHEN MY BILL WAS ONLY 88.00!! SCREW YOU BUDGET!! THIEF!!

If I could give this place a higher rating, I would in a heartbeat! I picked up a rental car from the Budget located at LGA airport last night. Apart from waiting for 2+ hours to be assisted, being overcharged for no reason with no explanation for the car, waiting another 30 minutes in the cold for the rental car to be pulled up and the car smelling like it was doused in bong water (which is a $500+ fine), the experience was fine. Thank god I choose to return the car to this location. Seriously. The staff were so beyond attentive, kind, and professional. They righted the LGA locations wrongs and due to their excellent customer service, I will absolutely use them again in the future and will recommend them to anyone in need of a rental car!

Guys at the desk as nice. Truck seemed fine but the truck shut off 5 times. Two times when turning and power steering went as well. It was dangerous. Truck was not good. Not renting from there again. Looking for a place with better maintained trucks.

5 Stars to Lenny, for his customer service. I rented out the truck from a different location and dropped it off here. I had the some issues with the truck I received (from a different dealer) and the roadside assistance had to swap my truck out. After being done with my rental, I came in and dropped the truck off at the designated date and time. But when I called customer service to ask for compensation for the breakdown, the customer service representetive said my rental agreement was still open and I should wait for it to be closed to discuss any compensations. I waited for 2 days but kept receiving same answer. So, I reached out to Lenny and he immediately said that the customer service are looking at the truck that broke down and not the truck that I received after the swap. We (myself and Lenny) had a conference call with, he explained the situation to customer service and helped in getting the extra charges rolled back. Once again, thanks Lenny for helping me out.

Truck was so disgusting it's surprising it's allowed on road. Lots of damage inside and out. Didn't have the truck I ordered, so gave me a larger, but certainly not better, one. Will find another place to rent next time I help someone move.

Horrible customer service. Representative was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. I never received a receipt. So I called for a receipt on the day my card was charged. Representative yelled at me over the phone: it was "3 days late too late!" As I tried to question him regarding an extra $50 charge, he yelled that I was "accusing him of cheating." The he hung up on me! I was told the extra $50 was a charge for fuel. I attempted to fill the tank at the station right next to Paramus Budget before returning the truck. The attendant could only put in a few dollars. Apparently Budget uses this rip off technique to charge extra for fuel. DON'T GO THERE!

Do not rent from this location, they are crooks. I made the reservation online and when I went to return the truck they charged me double explaining that the online reservation total was incorrect. They charged me for a 2 day rental instead of one and the insurance which I had declined. I called the online number when I got home and they refunded me my money and said I had been overcharged. To top it off their service is horrible. Stay away from this place.

Horrible! I wish I could give them zero stars. I called to get a price, I had every single detail ready so he knew exactly what we needed. I could barely understand him, his answers made no sense. When I told him I had spoken with several other rental companies that day, he said "oh ok go with them." WOW!!! I can't even be mad, the service was so horrendous and it was only 3 minutes long!! I can't imagine having to deal with such ineptitude for anymore longer length of time than that. I'm trying to comprehend how an employee can be so unintelligent and unmotivated to make a sale? I did not ask if I was speaking to a supervisor or just a typical lackey, but regardless......WOW. Hands down, worst customer service experience I've had in a long time, and it was so brief! Imagine the trauma to one's intellect and patience if they actually rented a truck from these cretins! Godspeed!
