I could not get in at any of the other America's Best facilities. I called Paramus and spoke to an incredible representative named Joseph. He was so sweet, articulate, and accommodating. His customer service was beyond excellent and I was able to secure an appointment. I also spoke to his manager David who was also very personable, professional, and all about customer care. This is definitely the place to go! It is impossible to find this level of customer appreciation anywhere post covid. I give this place a 10 and I am extremely happy thanks to Joseph and David.

I had an appointment here on 12/31/2021 with a female doctor. #1 she was cold. #2 I didn't know she was rhe doctor. She didn't introduce herself so I didn't get her name or her occupation. #3 she called my name to come in the office and immediately told me to put my stuff down....wasn't no pleasant at all. My husband had his appointment right after mine and I asked him what he thought about the visit and he shared the exact same sentiments about the doctor. Needless to say, we won't be back and will return to our former eye center in West Orange with Dr. Eagle.

Great experience. The doctor was the most thorough I've ever had. He actually explained everything to me and I didn't feel rushed. My wife and I didn't buy glasses there and no one pressured us to do so.

Gotta say I was a little skeptical going in as the deal sounded to good to be true. I was wrong. The deal was amazing. The people were super friendly. The glasses came in super quick. I will be back, I guarantee you that. Thank you.

The dr and the staff are informative and amazing. Jocelyn the receptionist was the best both over the phone and in person. She made sure you took my insurance and what was covered before she scheduled my appointment & also informed me of your promotions. Once I arrived she was the first one I saw and was very friendly. She had all my paper work ready. She was also a great help and assisting me In Picking out glasses. She made sure they fit my face frame and that they look well with my skin and bring out my eyes. Never have I had such great experience when getting glasses. Highly recommend this place to my family, friends and co-works!!

Since the store opened I have bought 3 pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses and I've never been happier! From the customer service to the care and attention from the doctor it was an all around BLAST!!! This will be the only place I go for glasses from now on due to the comfortable atmosphere and wide selection of glasses and lenses and guess what? You don't have to get anything you don't want on your glasses unlike some other places with is a real breath of fresh air.

The doctor is polite , professional, and informative. One less star is because the floor staff is meh. Update: My previous review was from a prior visit with my mom but my visit yesterday was excellent. Jocelyn front desk employee was very pleasant and professional . The store manager Dave was more than accommodating. Chyna was kind and very personable. The staff was able to get me an excellent discount and advised me to call my eye insurance since I was out of network which allowed me to obtain my glasses through the insurance. The doctor was informative and took her time thoroughly checking the health of my eyes. I enjoyed watching the personalities and dynamic of the crew, reminded me of The Office or Parks and Rec while i was on the phone with my insurance. It was nice to see a different realm of healthcare in these uncertain times.

Do not come here! It’s such a horrible place to go!!!!! i work 7 days a week and today was my only day off. So I scheduled a appointment for today at 5pm. I finally get to the the place after Fighting route 17 traffic. they tell me that I have to wait a moment to see if the doctor has lock up her stuff already. finally the girl comes back and tells me the doctor locked up the stuff and turned off all her machines knowing I have an appointment at 5 PM today. They don't close until 6pm. so the girls behind the counter tell me I have to reschedule my appointment. also they tell me that I have a 10 minutes time limit if your late. The is such bad for Business. They should not be scheduling people at 5pm then if everyone is worried about getting out early then 6 pm .Don't waste your breath here it is not worth it.

Jocelyn their receptionist helped me so much in picking out my glasses, at first I was very self conscious but once she helped me I felt confident about the choice she helped me pick. The staff and the dr were all amazing. Will highly recommend this place to my friends.
