The receptionist is so rude! omg...I didn't even make an appointment as the attitude was so poor and there wasn't even time to ask a question about insurance acceptance. Just awful.

Best eye doctor , she's down to earth and is extremely honest and easy to talk very quick find and resolve a problem, I had really bad experience with eyedoctor at the Wayne location that would not give me contacts claimed my eyes were not suitable without giving me exam, So I came to easthanover location checked me for free to make sure I was suitable first before charging me and 15 min or less later I walked out with contacts, very professional & down to earth, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs contacts or glasses , hands down great eye doctor

Very rude staff...my wife simply said "Excuse me" and was immediately told that "can't you see I'm helping a long line of people?" And even though prices for the frames are low, selection is rather limited.

I got my glasses done at Costco Union & had problems seeing my computer screen at arms length away. I went back to Union Costco, the 2 guys there adjust the eyepiece & side but insist there is nothing wrong & for me to go back to my eye doctor which I did. My eye doctor re did the exam & came up with the conclusion , the problem is how the glasses were made.. I decided to bring the glasses back to Costco East Hanover, where I work in the vicinity. The man, Bill Picillo ,took my glasses & immediately said in his many years, he had never seen something so off. & days later I got my glasses back with better vision. I can now read my screen & text on my iphone without removing my glasses. Beware of Costco Optical in Union if glasses does not come out right.
