I am new to this area, and was in a pinch, because two of my lawn mower tires were flat. Big M was recommended to me and I am so glad about that. Turns out they work on all kinds of tires and even keep the tubes in stock. Everyone was great to interact with, and my cost was much less than I anticipated. And they took care of my tires right then, without an appointment. Thank you Big M Tire Center!!

Today is Good Friday. Decided to get tires rotated and balanced. Went back to Big M Tire Center in Jay, Florida. Used them back in the day and now that their open again I was glad I went. Super fast service, very professional and really good people, also great price, $35 total for everything. Next time I need new tires these guys get my business. Thanks Big M !!!

The service was great both times in one day, and the price for the nice looking used tires was reasonable, however, I feel that $20 for 3 tires being balanced was a little bit steep. But overall I was pleased with the hospitality and I will do business there again.

Depends on who u are basically....but better prices than Brewton, Alabama. I needed a tire right away while n Brewton but can't afford to just go to nearest place. Called few tire shops and Big M beat all the others n price. Thank goodness I was able to make the drive with bad tire and saved $20 to $30 bucks for one tire...they also will rotate them as needed and check air pressure for U. Without appointment. U can wait in office or outside. The office is cool when its hot out...

Do only what they have to. Nothing more. Continuous flow of new employees that don't always know the business. Hours of operation keep changing as well. Was good but now it is not.

Great place. I have been buying tires here for a long time, and will continue to do so. Prices are reasonable, and the tires last. You get what you pay for. I put alot of miles on my tires, and I appreciate it when I'm not continously running back to the shop.
