My first time here today and I had a great experience! Although there are barely anyone on the floor to assist, the staffs were so nice and even told me to have a nice day. NCU has the feel of an old school local bank. Service is very good, hardly ever any wait times in person or on the phone if I have a question (calls go to the bank, not a call center). Recently had an issue connecting my bank account to a payment app, and they helped me sort out the issue quickly, and they waived the overdraft when the payment hit the wrong account. So much better then the big banks for service. ~Pete

I’ve been coming here for 8 months and my go to tech is Jackie. If she isn’t available, my nails won’t get done! She is thorough and executes every time. My tips and polish stayed on for weeks to come. Also, she doesn’t file into my cuticles or skin which is extremely annoying for me. Overall, the shop is very clean and the owner is so down to Earth! I got my glasses done at Costco Union & had problems seeing my computer screen at arms length away. I went back to Union Costco, the 2 guys there adjust the eyepiece & side but insist there is nothing wrong & for me to go back to my eye doctor which I did. My eye doctor re did the exam & came up with the conclusion , the problem is how the glasses were made.. I decided to bring the glasses back to Costco East Hanover, where I work in the vicinity. The man, Bill Picillo ,took my glasses & immediately said in his many years, he had never seen something so off. & days later I got my glasses back with better vision. I can now read my screen & text on my iphone without removing my glasses. Beware of Costco Optical in Union if glasses does not come out right. ~Louie

Great place for off beat flavors that you don't really find in supermarkets. Kids love it. We tried Strawberry and Pistachios. Strawberry was hit but Pistachio was miss - the ice cream had strong essence flavor. We liked this place and will be definitely making more visits. ~Biruma
