What a wonderful experience! Everyone, from the receptionist, to the doctor, to Dina and Natalia, who helped me choose and adjust my frames, was so accommodating and professional. My initial experience last week for selecting and ordering two pairs of glasses was excellent in every way. Effective, efficient, courteous, friendly and completely professional. I felt comfortable, not rushed and all my needs were addressed to my total satisfaction. The two staff members who assisted me are obviously completely aware of the importance of quality customer service and how that builds reputation and confidence in the the way of client satisfaction in retail sales. Had a FIVE STAR experience today selecting frames at the Eatontown Pearle Vision. The employees are welcoming and competent. One employee focused in on the type of frame I was searching for and took her time recommending frames I would like. She was on target with her picks, was patient in selecting many options for me, and didn’t mind disinfecting the many pairs I tried on. ( COVID measures are safely followed here. ). Then I continued with a second clerk that explained in detail and clearly my insurance coverage and the pricing. There was NO pressure from anyone in me making the final purchase. Also, the selection here surpasses the three prior places I’ve visited and the pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend Pearle Vision in Eatontown.

The staff there were very professional. My appointment started right on time. The Optometrist was quite knowledgeable and she prescribed lenses specifically for my needs. The staff were very friendly and patient while choosing my first ever frames. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I would recommend this office.

THE BEST!! Dr. Stephanie Reitter was Amazing and thorough. I felt completely comfortable. Before I met with her, her assistant took care of the preliminary tests. Pictures of your eyes, etc. She was very knowledgeable and kind. The people up front were great too! Helping me to decide which frames looked best, as I asked their opinion, and they were honest and I appreciated that. If you are like me that waited four years from my last visit to an eye doctor, I couldn't be happier I chose to go to Pearl NJ! Thank you again! :)

We loved our experience at Pearle Vision! Dina helped my mom pick out glasses. Not only did she have patience, but helped my mom step by step through the process. When my mom came to pick up her glasses Brendan was kind and compassionate. He helped my mom fix her glasses to her liking and answered all the questions she had. He also fixed my grandmother’s glasses to perfection. 110% recommend this place!!

First time visit for eye check up/prescription was the best! Carol at the front desk was awesome - felt like I have been visiting this office for years. She was so funny and helpful at the same time. Kimberly who did all the preliminary tests was also so nice and helpful. Dr. Reitter was kind and very caring when fitting me for contacts with knowledge of my past eye problems. I am excited to go back for my next visit to say the least.
