I had the pleasure of working with Sarah when I visited the store for a new mattress a month or two ago. She was extremely helpful and kind. It took literally only a few minutes to find exactly what I was looking for with Sarah's expertise. She then went the extra mile by not only getting me an amazing deal on the mattress but also PERSONALLY delivering it to my home after her shift. You cannot beat that kind of customer service. I highly recommend this store and will certainly be back in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Donna Johnson, Senior Store Manager, at MattressFIRM in Belmar. Donna immediately made me feel welcome when I entered the store, while still assisting other customers. As I tested the mattresses Donna gave me specifics about what each had to offer, and her expertise helped me make a decision, and I purchased two mattresses. Donna was very patient and spent a lot of time with me as I tested and retested the comfort levels. Donna is very professional, customer focused, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She knows her product. Donna is an asset to the MattressFIRM team!

She was so easy to work with and helped me find my perfect mattress , along with all the extras. It was such a pleasure and ease to do business again with this fine establishment .
