I had an amazing experience with Reuben. He was in the industry 20+ years and was not a pushy salesman at all. He took his time and really got to know what my most ideal comfort level was. He had a great personality and was very informative of the anatomy on sleep and how the perfect mattress really helps in overall health. His employee, Patricia was also a doll, super sweet and very welcoming!

AMAZING, It's the best word to describe my experience. Patricia our sleep expert welcome us with a great smile. I really dislike salespeople but Patricia is an expert who share her knowledge and gave us the best advice to choose a mattress that adjusted to our needs and budget. I had all the intention to go to other places to make sure I had the best product and price. However, Patricia did such a great job that we decided to close the deal. Besides, they have "low price guarantee". Highly recommend this place. I hope the delivery goes without problem!

Went to Mattress Firm on Friday afternoon just to look. Jay was so helpful and informative that we decided to go back that night to buy two mattresses. When we walked in Jay greeted us with a “welcome back!” Which sold me even more. Jay was so knowledgeable and we had such a great experience that my sister went the next morning and purchased two more mattresses. Jay was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend Mattress Firm in Clifton!

I went to Mattress Firm in Clifton because they they had a sample of the mattress I wanted to buy online and that’s it. I was greeted by Ruben, who was friendly and courteous. He showed me the mattress I was looking for and left me to it. I was so relieved not to have a salesman talking my ear off and trying to upsell me. This isn’t to say he wasn’t attentive because as soon as I had questions he was there. He answered my questions and reassured me of return policies. Mattresses are an investment and I have major hip pain. I left buying the mattress at the store instead of going online and Ruben made sure I got a better deal then I would online. I since learned that my brothers mattress were bought there and he also had a great experience with Ruben. Ruben sold us all the mattresses in our house. Thank you for your patience.

This mattress firm was a great experience! I was immediately welcomed by Jay and he was very helpful for all my needs. I needed a quality mattress with a set budget and he was able to get me that with ease. He made the process simple and fun. Share dog pictures and you may even get a great deal like I did! Overall 10/10 and would greatly recommend.
