Worst bank ever Pedro the manager doesn't let you get access to the safe box don't help you and the have a the worst system to asset customers stay a way and don't open a safe box there really bad way of doing business the worst ! Bank ever no respect for customers time

Teach the employees not to discriminate. It is wrong to judge someone just because they have tattoos on their face. You shouldn’t judge a book by it’s cover. Even the man that’s best dressed with name brand clothing could be the person to put a gun to your head or try to scam you. Discrimination is unacceptable. It wasn’t done to the other customers it shouldn’t have been done to my children’s father. It’s disgusting how people will automatically judge based on tattoos. This will be reported to the proper department.

Horrible spot came here to get money for withdrawal and they dont even have over $2,000 in the whole bank???? HORRIBLE BANK this isnt the first second or third time they gave me a hard time. Dont EVER make an account here or even look towards this trash bank. Zero stars if possible. Chase bank for the win!

The worst I walked in today to open an account and the lady in the front was basically giving me a hard time as if she didn’t want to help me open an account I had all my paperwork and she sat there and told me it’s going to be a long wait because there’s a lot of people but when I look up there we’re only 2 people. This isn’t the first time, I came in last year and it was the same thing and I remember I left and today the same thing happened. The worst

They are not helpful at all. They used to be nice and helpful but not anymore. The management has changed I guess. I have 3 accounts in PNC and now Im trying to withdraw my money. Its been almost a week now. Still couldn’t get it. Sandra was not helpful at all. She keeps telling me to go to other branches even though I opened my account in this branch. Very unpleasant service. Dont expect fast service here.

opened an account today got no information on the type of account I was opening the woman opening my account did no inform me that once I deposited my check I would not have the money available right away it would be half tomorrow and the rest in three days she disclosed this information when we were setting up my online banking and I realized my available balance was zero she had many opportunities to tell me now I’m left with no money and no one can help me not even the branch manager. If you plan to open an account go to a different location because it’s ridiculous that they do no inform you on anything being done just care about getting you out. ( if possible I would give them no stars )

Avoid this branch. Rude and disrespectful employees. Bank is ok but this branch needs to treat it's customers with respect and consideration. I waited for 15 minutes for someone to help me. And the employees were just on their phones talking about homework, food, and haircuts. Then finally they tell me to just come tomorrow because their system has been down. Couldn't tell me that before making me wait 15 minutes?

Need to overhaul customer service most of representatives need to be more informed of their products. Avoid this bank at any cost to made it worst they got rid of the drive through.

I've had so many issues with this bank. Bottom line are the arab tellers causing all this chaos. All these Middle East tellers need to be replaced for more efficient people no matter from what county they come from. My wife and I had an emergency so we needed to get $ 2000 out of her account and one of the arabic tellers kept asking her to show 2 IDs. My wife had her state Id and the ATM card. At the end we ended up leaving the bank with no money so we reported this incident to the Colombian bank manager who was very polite and she promised us this incident wouldn't happen any more. If you want to see the other side of the coin, go to the PNC bank located at Crooks Ave. and Main Ave. There you will see all of its staff are really professional people, my God such a big difference. Go yourself to these 2 banks and you will agree with me. Thanks. Have a nice day.

Worst experience ever. The teller greeted me by saying: I have never seen you around, i can not serve you. On what brand do they know you? Extremely rude, and poor attitude. They didnt even helped me at the end. I'll be closing my account. Lots of other good banks out there. Currently banking with Chase and TD, and dont have complains.
