This review is for Dr. Jeffrey Wiess. I have been waiting for over 1 hour and half for my 1:30 appointment its been 45 minutes since they said i am next, and i am still waiting. Last time coming here, i would just leave but I don’t want to leave after waiting almost 2 hours. Definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone until they stop overbooking and stop wasting people’s time!

My grandma used to go to the old office and switched when they moved to stay with Dr. Gabriella for infusion. She says she likes this one better because its nicer and cleaner and doesnt have to deal with mean front girls but really hates the new receptionist. She said the IV staff in the old place was much nicer. She is happy the nurse is the same but really hates the secretary. She says she belongs in the front of the old place. Protect your Grandmas- mine is happy shes getting better and loves her doctors and nurses but really hates her treatment from the secretary. I kind of want to come punch her from the stuff my grandma says.

I come to the office for iron treatments. They recently moved locations of the Infusion center part. Dr. Weiss is amazing. She is the most compassionate doctor whom you will ever meet. She is extremely smart, respectable and will give me as much time as I need. Lucille is the infusion supervisor and the best nurse anyone could ever ask for. I have horrible veins and every place it takes multiple sticks but she has never had a hard time. She always gets me on the 1st attempt virtually painless. She is the perfect right hand to the doctor. They communicate throughout the day and I feel extremely safe and am greatfull for them. Dr. Weiss has saved my life and Lucille makes me feel comfortable while I receive my treatment. I even had the pleasure of Lucille's daughter treating me a few weekends ago and had a wonderful experience with her too. She was very kind and good (no one will ever compare to Lucille). I hesitate to give 5 stars due to the receptionist. Chantel is rude, lacks compassion and respect for the patients, nurses and physicians. I don't know how Dr.Weiss or the practice manager can keep her employed or dealing with patients. Her actions are disgusting. For years I never had a problem and was greeted with a smile by Jessica, Nicole, and Lorraine. They all also worked. The nurses don't stop and Chantel will sit and do nothing besides talk very loudly. No one can get any rest. It is truly a shame on how millennials feel as though they can stay and do anything they want with no consequences. I would transfer my care but don't trust leaving Dr.Weiss and her medical care and don't want to start suffering getting my IVs placed without Lucille. I just wish that Chantel could learn to respect her elders or flow of the office at least. Truly a shame.
