I had a fantastic experience at this Ken's Automotive. I called and was able to get an appointment for an oil change that day. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. The owner at the shop helped me when I came in and hooked me up with a coupon. The oil change was quick - a little over an hour and I was good to go. I will absolutely be getting all future oil changes and car maintenance here.

It's always hard to find a great shop, one that is fast, smart, and has reasonable rates. What a lucky find Ken's Automotive in the area of Tomball! I own a couple of aging vehicles, and Alex and his team took care, explained what was needed, and gave me an inexpensive estimate. This auto shop is one I would trust this side of TX. Highly Recommend.

I wanted to thank the machinists at Ken's Auto Repair for their honesty and for their excellent customer service. My car brakes needing immediate replacement, and these guys gave me the correct measurement of my brakes and told me it won't needed them replaced for at least another year. I will be going here for any car repairs from now on.
