I had a fantastic experience at this Ken's Automotive. I called and was able to get an appointment for an oil change that day. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. The owner at the shop helped me when I came in and hooked me up with a coupon. The oil change was quick - a little over an hour and I was good to go.
