I thought I was going to have to make a appointment since they had other cars but the one mechanic said he could get me in and gave my truck an alignment. I was greatful I didn't have to come back later that day. Thank you very much.

I heard a loud metal on metal scrapping sound and thought it was my brake pads. They took off and inspected each one and said all was good. Still had life left in them all. They put everything back together without a charge. Honest group and will definitely return when I do need brake pads replaced.

I just want to say that Al did an awesome job replacing my brake pads and resurfacing/replacing the rotors. He said he was the only one working that day but he still had an awesome attitude and made it a really good experience for me. Somebody give this man a raise. Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

After being told by one place they just didn't want to deal with my car and waiting 10 min for absolutely no service at the second place I finally went to break check who did a fantastic job and were so nice and friendly. Will definitely be back. Service: Oil change

I purchased the unlimited alignments for e years for my mercedes. After the first alignment they informed me of not being able to adjust the rear as you need a z Special tool for mercedes. So the next I go back with the specialty tool I bought for an all wheel alignment. I get home and the back was done but the front was worse! They couldn't give me the printout at the shop at time of pickup and now I guess I know why. First, why would you not buy a $60 tool to keep from losing all the Mercedes business?? Second, who does work like this? Unacceptable

3rd time back since December 2021 because the brakes are making a squealing sound. They resurfaced the brakes and replaced hardware, at their recommendation, in December, but they’re still making the sound when I brake. I’m going to go get an inspection somewhere else and see if they come out with something different. The customer service this 3rd time was very different than the first time I went. The first time, there was a very friendly manager, but this time the workers stood around more times than actually did work. Overall, I’m disappointed that there is not a solution to the high pitch squealing.

Reading all the 5 star reviews on this location and wondering what the heck happened with my situation. Brandon, the manager, is nice enough but I'm not sure if the level of concern was enough for my situation. I brought my Mini in for a set of new brakes. Turns out the person I had spoken to (face to face) did not even schedule my appointment for the following day like he assured me he had done. I arrived the next day, only to have to wait more time for the part to be ordered. After the work was completed, in the next 2 to 3 weeks a rattling noise near the right back wheel gradually became louder. I took it back for them to "inspect" it and I was told there was nothing wrong that they could find. Frustrated, I decided to take it to another location on 2920. They DID in fact discover that the wrong size pad had been put on and it was flapping as the wheel turned. Why were they able to figure out the issue but the Tomball team couldn't? Luckily the pad was under warranty and the work was redone over at Tomball. I understand that things like this happen, but if the guys at Tomball would have just been more caring and thorough in trying to find the problem, it would have saved me alot of time and worrying about my safety.
