Was driving cross country. And of course the car broke down. James did what he could on the spot but needed to go the shop. He took my wife, son, 2 dogs, and 2 cats to the shop with him to get them out of the heat (it was 100 degrees) while I waited for the tow. Once we got there he showed me what was wrong and went to work quickly ordering the parts and getting them delivered. We got back on the road fast. Great service and people!
