Clean facility, nicely paved with water/air provided if needed. Problem is your boats/RVs will be covered in a layer of cement dust from the facility behind the storage (even if you use fully enclosed units). Also, the rates are very high compared to other comparable storage facilities in the area as well, and the new owners just set another 15% rate increase. So we moved! Getting same benefits at half the cost just down the road. :)

The facility is best in the area by far. The included features make the pricing a very good value. The 24/7 access is nice as well. Clean, well lit, and multiple cameras. Billing process is simple.
