It's a storage place. However since they've been taking in by move it storage I have not seen a decrease in my rent it's only been an increase what seems like every month.

New Owners are horrible! I’ve been a customer for a year and was told to remove items from my trailer or I would be evicted. Road and parking is gravel and have gotten multiple flat tires on site, and unorganized parking areas not labeled. Was yelled at and told to take my business somewhere else so I did.

Rude service. Didn’t even let me finish saying what I was going to say. I don’t know what his name but he starting yelling at me that I had to hang up the phone. I was trying to explain to him that I was going to be running late to move my trailer out because of the storm. The streets are flooded in my area and i couldn’t get the help I needed so I was going to need their help. Instead he cut me off and started shouting at me “you said you were going to take it out today.” Hung up in tears what a rude dude.

My r.v. has been at the facility for 9 months. They have gone up on rental spaces 2 times, it's cheaper to buy insurance and put ur r.v. somewhere else. Its rediculous that they are going up in price soo quickly!

Manager told me he'd hold a spot for me today. He gave me his word. I have my word that I'd be there before 5pm. Well I kept my word. I was there before 5pm. He said he sold the spot he promised me. He told me on the phone he keeps his word.

This storage place is INCREDIBLE! I have had storage units at other places but I have never seen such pride taken in a storage facility. When I went in, Kate Hambrick made me feel valued and important. She had another customer come in as well and handled it with ease and didn't seem frustrated whatsoever. She talked about how much she loved her job, and when she took me on a tour to look at my spot to park the RV, she spoke with such pride as to how she keeps the place clean. And the place is kept VERY clean and very secure. It is refreshing to see someone who enjoys their job and the place is reflective of a person who enjoys her job. I recently purchased an annual spot at a campground for my RV but if I ever need another storage unit, there is no other place I would go and I would advise getting in as soon as you can.

I’ve been with The Storage Place for more than 7 years and have never had a problem. Property is well kept. Fernando and other office staff always makes you feel welcome. Linda form the other location down the street has always been very helpful. Great storage facility!

Debbie would prefer to pay online, however I continually have problems with the site. I could not find a way to change the saved credit card on the site. Other than that, we have been pleased with the service we have received.

This is our third contract with this facility and we receive consistent superb customer service from Fernando. The facility itself is great and we love leaving our 5th wheel here. Thank you Fernando for treating us so well.
