Let me start by saying the hygienists were professional and wonderful. This office however will gouge you for every penny they can, whether it’s telling you that you need a “hygienist cleaning” or “prescription toothpaste” I was told I needed two teeth pulled and root implants! I went to a local Dentist with over 20 yrs experience and all I need was one minor filling.

We were told to come in at 8am this morning for an emergency appointment to glue a crown back on. Made it with the company on Friday. Got there on Saturday at 7:30am and we were told they couldn't do that kind of work. They would have to see us for a full appointment on Monday. These people don't do 24/7 emergency anything. Our dentist will take care of the problem Monday for free. My suggestion after dealing with this office is to make an appointment with toothalogy and actually be given the service you set an appointment for. This place does not do emergency work!! Unless your non insured full pay. They are not even worth the one star but had to give it to leave the review.

Worst experience ever, took over a week to verify my insurance. Day of surgery they forgot to call in my antibiotics and pain meds I was in pain all night applying ice packs to help for pain, not only was I in pain I had to miss work next day because medications weren't called in until 11am. I was also left so bruised up ppl thought I had been beaten and it took 5 months for numbness to completely go away for months I could not feel my lip, chin or cheek. Never again will I go there.

I had my first visit today. I had to wait 1 hour before I was seen. Then had 20 gum cutting Xrays due to holding rough edges instrument in my mouth. When that was thru - 2 hours later & after meeting with hygienist - I was told nothing would be done till I met with financial manager. Told to wait in lobby. After 45 minutes - I left. I was not told it would be an all day affair. I still have my abscess molar & wasted 3 hours for nothing.

Great customer service, they take the time to explain everything they're going to be doing. Very caring staff, and do their best to help you to be able to afford the treatments that you need. I'd recommend them to anyone.

They tried to scam me and tell me my insurance didn’t cover very much and tried to get me to pay out of pocket. Went to get a second and third opinion where both dentist office said my insurance was really good and paid nothing. Word of advice, get a second opinion. I am sure glad and saved 1500!!

Always late to get me in on my appointments when I arrive on time. One time they cancelled my appointment without telling me. I arrived and they said I didn't confirm my appointment when I did through the email they sent. Their excuse was that I also have to call and confirm; it doesn't say that anywhere?? They said they could still squeeze me in that day but I waited 2 hours just for them to tell me they actually couldn't. I had to come in another day it was all a complete inconvenience. Now, I've been trying to schedule another appointment for wisdom teeth removal and everytime I call, it goes straight to their voice-mail. I call during business hours. I Have left a voice-mail with no call back. So, I guess they just permenantly have their phone off now?? The actual hygienests and dentist's have always been nice, but this is absolutely ridiculous.

It's amazingly refreshing. I only went to Aspen because my dental insurance said they were the only in network provider for oral surgery. All of the staff is great. Crystal works really hard keeping everything disinfected, and I could tell my safety was very important to them. Everyone takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I will always go to this dental provider as long as I am living in or near Corpus.

Dr was amazing! She was real nice and professional and loves her job . Best dental experience I’ve ever had . Couldn’t feel the extraction and she jams out to music! Real down to earth , takes her time with you and ain’t about the money . Never would have thought I’d say this but I wanna go back and finish my procedures ! Staff is nice and welcoming to! Free X-rays for first time customer with no insurance! Blown away . Prices are great to. Fair I found my new dentist, and I think it’s time you do to . You won’t regret it!
