I had a very positive experience at Aspen Dental. I was greeted with a warm welcome and treated with the utmost respect. The dental team was very understanding and caring. I was confused at first I was told my apt was at 9:30 am. Then when I got a notification that my apt was at 10 am by text I thought they had changed it so I went then. Apparently it was to sit and discuss payment plans. Which I thought I was going to do after. Other then that miscommunication. I had a wonderful experience. I love the atmosphere and the attention they have to detail. No issues with this business at all. They are very professional.

Unfortunately I am terrified of the dentist office. I’ve had 3 different dentist offices in my life and I feel super judged and I HATED IT. Which makes me go to the dentist less. I went to Aspen in Lake Worth today and everyone was kind and respectful and funny and sweet. Even when giving me bad news (because I haven’t been taking care of my teeth properly). I didn’t feel like an idiot even though I haven’t been to the dentist in… let’s say over two years. I really appreciate it and the patience it takes. I’d like to keep my teeth in my mouth but that costs money if you don’t go every 6 months or so. So don’t make my mistake; and come here to get your teeth taken care of. I’m a big procrastinator and hate being judged or talked down to and no one did. They were wonderful.

My experience with every single personal in that Establishment was Exceptional! I have had a fear of going to the dentist since I was a child and I can truly say they made me feel beyond comfortable! So comfortable that I had my wisdom teeth removed in the same day as my first visit. I will be back!

I was warmly greeted by all the staff. Everything was explained thoroughly. I had tooth pain, and it turned out that it was a broken tooth that needed to be removed. Dr Patel was fast and precise during the extraction. I have very little pain today. Excellent experience, great dentist and staff

Highly recommend. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Went in worst case scenario, came out feeling alot better. Staff definitely makes you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I'll be continuing my services with Aspen Dental now and in the near future! 💪🏻

Honestly, I cannot say enough about this place. Everyone is immensely welcoming and warm. Not only that, they do everything they can to make sure you’re comfortable. Shout out to Erin for being so receptive and upfront about my treatment place. I’m also happy to know that I got to show her some new music to listen to during procedures! This place is as professional as they come and I could not sing their praises enough in just one review. Everyone here dispels the notion that going to the dentist can be daunting; you’ll walk out just like I did: not even worried on the slightest and grateful you walked through their doors.

I am forever grateful for aspen dental! They have shown me and my family so much love! As a disabled veteran they gave me free service valued over $1500 for free! As a veteran I wish the VA would help them with allowing veteran’s to be served by Aspen Dental especially in the lake worth area.
