Absolutely incompetent. Get your prescriptions and help elsewhere. ICU patient told to wait for two days for medication they were out of. So we wait. The time comes and we are informed “it wasn’t on the truck”. We sent it to another Walgreens.

I sat in a line for the drive through for 45 minutes that wrapped around the building. When I got to the window she asked my info and looked up my RX.Then she told me what it would cost and informed me all the registers had been down for an hour and she could not give me the RX and ring me up. Common sense would say they should walk out to the long line and tell everyone instead of letting us waste our day. I told her they should go out and tell everyone instead of letting the line get longer and telling each one as they got there. She truly didn’t understand and said “it’s the system’s fault”.

Very clean and well stocked store. Needs exhaust fan over cosmetic products as it over powering. Hard on allergies. Friendly employees. Went for Labcorp blood testing. Easy computer check in. Excellent setup and clean. Kami was the employee doing the test. Very professional and friendly.

***Once again June 17 today I call because my Dr sent my prescription in 2 days ago and now being informed by the tech that my prescription was not on the invoice of what's comming in which I was told means wont come in till Monday which today is Friday and would mean I'm without my important medication for pain for very close to a week. Very unsatisfactory service by how these special orders get processed but hey who cares about people that are hurting right. I have nerve damage and neuropathy btw.*** They have no safeguards for emergency situations. Every month to my prescription Center in I go at least one day without my pain medication it's called belbuca. It's a 12-hour acting medication but I have to take twice. Now missing one day is not too bad of a situation but the weather got bad one day and they said that their truck isn't going to come in that day more than likely because nobody was at the store. Today is the third day that I tried to reach some and it looks like their store is closed. I could understand that except the roads are not frozen and it looks like driving conditions are normal. I really wish that they would stock up on the medication that I need that way the day that it is prescribed I can get it. They always say it's out of stock the day that it goes on and that I just have to wait for it to come in. Now I've always needed pain medication since my motorcycle accident and at this point I think it's a little unfair that's I have to deal with this. I have a brachial plexus injury which means that I have nerve damage to my right shoulder and right arm not to mention overall wide-body pain as well. There needs to be a better solution to ordering prescriptions even if they are not common or the customers that actually need them on the day of. I cannot imagine anybody else's medication being out of stock. Now there's no knowing how long I have to wait for this medicine I was told possibly today which I doubt since they are closed and they get their shipments in the morning or possibly next week which is completely unacceptable.

5 stars for Liz who went way out of the way to help me get a prescription filled .ZERO stars for the the billionaire that owns Walgreens (GOOGLE Him. ) IT is not the staffs fault. I use to get mad at them too . My anger was mis-directed, they have no help! Way BEFORE Covid they had no help We can not blame bad leadership on COVID that excuse from CEO's is getting really, really old .The pharmacy has one pharmacist helping staff, customers, filling prescriptions like robots, ,answering the phone , oh, and giving vaccines in all that free time. The staff does all they can . I get stress watching it waiting on my prescription . When the line starts to get long they page for help , the line keeps growing, but no help ever comes. Lets place blame where it belongs . LEADERSHIP. I would suggest the Billionaire behind Walgreens come work at a store for a day . From what I see, he is failing badly and the buck start and stops there.

I came in this evening, spent about 30 minutes trying to get my purchase correct. They have coupons out for certain products on the website it didn't attach so we tried to re ring it more than 3 times on 2 different registers still nothing(yes, I had correct products). Long story short I walked out empty handed, the manager on duty (Tina) has horrible customer service... She literally said it's not attaching and I cant do anything about it to help you. I even showed her my phone so that she could see I clearly wasn't trying to get over. That answer would of been ok maybe if it was ($1,$2, 3)or maybe even 5) but it was 16 dollars off of a 56 dollar purchase . So yes I'm writing this horrible review. My husband worked here for 10 years he would never be so darn inconsiderate especially after so much time wasted with still nothing

I have a special needs kid. I would love for them to have a Carolines cart there. As a single mom it is really hard to maneuver my child cart plus the shopping cart. With a Coraline cart I know not only me but other special needs parents your help make their life and shopping much more satisfying

For the record i know that reviews are opinionated.. but This pharmacy is ATROCIOUS from their pharmacist to their techs one will tell you one thing and then the other will tell you something completely different. Like they are looking at two different systems and will push fill times even further. Busy or not as an organization you should at lease have your staff capable of reading fill times and answer correctly any issues or questions CORRECTLY. It’s not rocket science

This site should not be called a pharmacy!! They WILL let you run out of your medication, all of them. If I was mean I would report them to the BOARD .
