WORST Dollar General in Amarillo! Everything rings up wrong. A $1 item rings up as $1.30! EVERY ITEM SCANNED RANG UP AS AT LEAST .30 - .50 Cents more and then they don't even try and fix it or help, They blame their supervisor (who isn't there) and say sorry. The store itself is messy, unorganized and just in complete disarray. I wouldn't recommend anyone shop here. They are overcharging on almost everything and refuse to fix their price tags.

Came in for an extension cord that the app claimed was available. It was one of many that was supposed to be in stock but I couldn't find a single one. Anywhere. The aisles were hard to navigate because of all the backstock that was stacked up all over the place. The shelves that actually had items on them were very cluttered and unorganized. This is by far the most unorganized location I've ever stepped foot in. Won't be back.

(Posted same review over another location, opinions stand) AMAZING STAFF. Except corporate runs them like slaves, it’s not cool. Great store, great employees, but consistently understaffed. If the franchise owner would bring in even just one more person during busy hours, I think it would work a lot smoother for everyone. 5/5 for local employees 2/5 Franchise/corporate

Dollar general is so much better than Family dollar, they actually have items in stock the store seems cleaner. The employees are nice the fact that they stay open till 10 is great. Maybe invest in a small fresh produce section is my only complaint

This store has accused me of stealing more than once and never apologized after i proved my innocence. Even once made me leave my purse at the counter. How im talked to and treated here is not how a paying customer should be especially when ive never done anything to deserve such treatment. I avoid this store at all cost now.

The store is crowded with merchandise littering the isle floors. It makes it impossible for someone like me who's in a wheelchair to get around in the store. The staff is evasive and reluctant to help customers with anything. Its difficult to find anything you need. Ask the staff and you get "I don't know" or they pretend they don't hear you, or simply walk past you or away without acknowledging that you even exist.i o lying go there when I don't have another option.

Isles need to be clear of the carts that has inventory on them for stocking. Not only is it a pain in the but to shop but a fire hazard. Standardize all locations inventory shelving for ease of shopping. Clean your floors. You have great potential.

Very friendly customer service! And I've gone to this dollar general for about 8 years! They help us and we help them. It's most definently a community store! Thanks for the kindness and your employees are very valuable dont forget that.
