I needed to send a package 20+ lbs overseas. I had several questions about the address that I was sending to, and how to properly fill out the Customs paperwork. Erica was very understanding and helpful for every step. She was friendly and professional. She even took care to train another employee on the important parts and how to group the papers together. This is going "above and beyond" normal duty. Thank you Erica, you made a possible difficult process, easy and understandable.

If I could leave a 0 or negative star I would. My mail lady is a sorry excuse of a delivering person there is to man kind. She is the laziest person I have ever met. She throws my packages in the driveway but will personally deliver my neighbors up to his front porch. She folds packages that are labeled to not be folded. She is the absolute WORST. We have had so many problems with her and it just keeps getting worse! I don’t know how many complaints it takes for something to be done!!

Tired of not getting my mail properly. They get paid good money to deliver mail. No attempt was made to even try to deliver my packages today yet they lied and claimed they attempted to deliver but my driveway or porch was blocked. I have cameras on my house they never attempted to deliver anything.

First, I can't find a local #. We pay more for postage and taxes and get less service. The 800 # leads to a long menu and DOES NOT address my issue. Typical stonewalling to avoid service. That is the system for federal government and USPS. Angry taxpayer and voter.

Mail is getting either thrown away or stolen from here. My car registration was sent out to me by the Fayetteville Clerks Office and I never received it, now I got a ticket in my truck and no registration for my car. The Clerks office in Fayetteville verify's that it was sent out now twice almost 2 months ago, then again around Feb 8. so twice it's been stolen or thrown out. I would give no stars if I could.

Typical small town low key office with friendly, helpful clerks. Does appear to be understaffed. Has ramp on side for easy wheelchair accessible.

I would give a minus rating if they had it! Our lazy excuse of a mailman NEVER comes up our gravel driveway to deliver our packages & always has an excuse as to why he couldn't deliver it. Can't say we weren't home because I don't work & am ALWAYS home during the day. I always try & make him re-deliver it the next day, but he STILL doesn't go up the driveway, he leaves it at the house next door to ours (which we have not EVER given him permission to do so) AND he's left it on their steps when they weren't home before! He also is in such a hurry that he drives on our grass to come up or down the driveway because he can drive faster & get done with his route quicker. He drives a truck & we have a smaller car & get up & down our driveway everyday without issues. I've complained about him before & it does no good. SENDER'S NAME: 40511

Totally inapt service when trying to send a pkg to someone in area. Delivery person refused to go down the driveway and leave the pkg at the door - it is taking weeks to get one small gift to Booneville area and it still has not been delivered. Also at fault is UPS for trussing the post office to deliver anywhere near on time.
