Brandon and Brian were absolutely the best to deal with!!! We were having issues with our Raptor, they got us into service as soon as possible and went way above and beyond to get it fixed. Now it drives better than it did new! I would not hesitate to trust service of any of my vehicles to this great team.

This has to be the absolute worst service experience I have ever had at any car dealership service center. Brought my vehicle in to have a recall addressed and one other issue I had been noticing. The car is still in the service center after TWO WEEKS! The only service completed in two weeks thus far is an oil change and there has been zero communication. After calling to check-in when we hit the one week mark (literally no communication for about a week!), we were told it would be anywhere from 2-4 weeks and no service has been complete yet other than an oil change! No one said a word about needing 2-4 weeks when we initially dropped it off! We asked about a rental vehicle which we’ve received at other Ford dealerships when service would take more than a day or two and we were basically laughed at. Who can possibly leave their car for a month! People have to work! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership, to the point I’m ready to sell the car just to not have to deal with them. Zero communication, promises to call back that don’t come, zero sense of urgency, zero customer service. We have always had Ford vehicles and have had great service, until Gene Messer. Buyer beware!!!

The salesman i had was named Josh Leathers. He was awesome. i had been there before to look at another car and didn’t end up getting it. i told him what i wanted. Once he got word that a car had arrived to the dealership he contacted me immediately. Josh knew what i wanted and went out of his way to get me into this car. Thank you so much Josh. Overwhelmed by the capability, competency, sincerity and willingness to assist us in resolving or. Car problems. Had not experienced this level of quality service the many years of engaging car maintenance service. Our service provider, Jeremy, is an outstanding representative of your Service Department. He definitely has our respect and appreciation for resolving our problem in a timely manner.

I bought a car here 4 years ago. The car is still great. The sales rep was really nice to work with too. However, there is one thing that has really bothered me and I think it is important to be cautious. My main complaint is with the finance department. They offered me several warranty/maintenance packages. The display ONLY showed the description of the plan and a total change to my monthly bill. I asked what would be the total amount added to my loan principle. He said "I don't know." Then pulled up a calculator and had to figure it out. How dare anyone try to sell something and not even know what the price is. Clearly displaying and communicating to the customer the total price of what they are being sold is just basic respect and decency. I understand it is a common practice. I understand if you pay cash they can't do that. However, these "little tricks" to manipulate customers is dehumanizing. I will never be okay with that.

Purchased a new vehicle here. Overall the experience was satisfactory and we will see how the continued relationship works out. The only reason this review isn't five stars is do to some slight pricing inconsistencies with the purchase of the vehicle. I did accept them knowing the difference, but just being upfront with everything is better for everyone in the transaction. I will say Brandon is an amazing salesperson and just person in general. If you are looking for a vehicle do not hesitate to go talk to him and he will get you lined out. Any of the pricing inconsistencies has nothing to do with him and he is only given the information provided by the finance department. He is a truly honest and genuine individual and is a bright spot in the car buying experience! The finance department was friendly and pleasurable to deal with. Overall no pushy tactics and they offer many options for your consideration after the sale. My only issue here is pricing inconsistencies. Just be honest with the pricing. I know making money is the purpose, but it doesn't always have to be THE MOST money. Be honest with your customers and you will have customers for life. Not just for a one and done purchase. I will continue my business with Gene Messer Ford and we will see how this relationship pans out long term...

We had an engine misfire on a 14+ hour trip to Amarillo and knew we needed to get our truck in to the dealer to make sure everything was okay before we drove back home. We have family in town who recommended Gene Messer and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. When we called they said they were slammed and it would be two weeks before they could even look at it. I told them we were leaving in two weeks so they ended up squeezing us in and had it done in ONE DAY to make sure we could safely travel home and were so kind and helpful. We are beyond happy with the service and so grateful for them going out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you, Gene Messer!

Myself and my wife had a easy and respectful visit to Gene Messer Ford in Amarillo Texas 14& 16 May . Are sales associate was was tuned in to our needs and respectful through out the buying of a used vehicle' with low mileage and with a lot of extra. A Ford Edge 2015. Tyler S. Salesman - The extra time he took with our new vehicle. He had the car cleaned inside and out, new tires, new break's, oil change and fluid's checked. To my wife and I. It was excellent service all around. Everyone we came in contact with. They were respectful,and kind . They greeted us with a joyful experience. I would tell my family and friends. To give them the chance to get a new vehicles new or used . They be went above and beyond for our family. Tell them Jeffery and Reba sent you. Remember Tyler S would be the person to see. Feb 9th I had all the filters changed on my '19 Ford F-450. On March 29th I was putting in a new wheel and hub on the passenger side, I had to remove the air filter surprised to find my air filter was never changed. Called Gene Messer Ford were I talked with Ryan Ethier explaining that I paid $96.00 for a air filter that was never changed. He than asked what do you want me to do for you. It was pretty obvious I wanted the new air filter I had paid for, long story short they wouldn't replace the filter and told me that, "because I'm a hot shot driver and being 15,000 miles is the routine maintenance schedule. Which is what I was doing, my routine maintenance and I've seen what a air filter of 15,000 miles looks like and they have never looked this bad. The diesel tech at Dean Arbour Ford explained this is not a air filter that was put in on Feb9th. He explained this filter looked to be a year old. Got back in contact with Ryan Ethier at Gene Messer and was told that there was nothing they could do. I will not be returning to this dealership for any services in the future. I was very happy with the services until I found out that I had been dooped, and that I had $96.00 stolen from me. Make sure you double check the work you have done at dealerships. Trust no dealership, they are in the business of making money.
