Krystal Clark was an excellent service advisor, excellent communications, repairs as promised and on time. The way I was treated at the dealership took some of the sting off a self induced DEF fuel contamination in my F-250 and a $15,000 bill, less than other dealers quoted for same repair. in fact the final invoice came in less than the McRee Ford original quote, a very nice surprise and a class act. I highly recommend Krystal and McRee Ford.

Buying what I saw online only to get something else ,not sure if that is dealer issue or ford issue but what i saw online was not exactly what i got , Hood insulator not installed and there is no engine cover, but I'm hearing that is normal now.. I will be ordering the insulator to protect the paint and washer hoses on the hood . The people where great but there is Glitch in the Matrix . Have a small issue with it already but they put mine ahead others and for that i am grateful, great service writer.

This is the only place anyone should consider buying a new Ford. Even during shortages in vehicles McRee Ford is not price gouging there customers with dealer market adjustments. That says a lot about there character. McRee Ford has my business for life. Not to mention they have the best service departments . Want to thank Carlos Torres in finance for helping me find such a Great Dealer. Ford should recognize this dealer and offer more allocations of vehicles and penalize the ones price gouging. Thanks again McRee Ford!!!!!!!!

This dealership is a breath of fresh air!! Right away I could tell my Dad & I were in good hands. There was no BS, NO DEALER MARK UPS & JOSH WAS THE BEST!!!! He heard my Dad's needs in a truck and located a great fit! His morals and transparency was appreciated and far & few between esp in this industry. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I flew all the way from NC to buy a car from them. I worked with Mohammad, who was my Salesperson, and then with Carlos who was with Financing. Both of them were a pleasure to work with and made it easy for me to get the car. Mohammad was very upfront with the prices and fees and made sure I was aware of the whole process. Initially, I was financed through my own bank, but Carlos was able to come pretty close to my bank's rate and I ended up financing through McRee. They even helped me get the car shipped back to NC. Recommended 100%
