I found the F150 XLT I was looking for at Brian Toliver Ford. Just happened they popped on my Facebook feed. I contacted Brian Toliver Ford and the truck was still available. Took the afternoon off to look at it. Justin had it ready to drive. The whole experience was the calmest I have ever experienced at a dealership. Processed my pre-approved loan, made the truck ready and headed back to Seagoville in less than 3 hours.

I can’t say thank you enough to the team at Brian Toliver Ford. They played ZERO games, extremely respectful, and great environment. They helped me surprise my wife with her first new vehicle. Oscar is one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with. No pressure when you go back to finance, and they take their time to make sure you see everything. Place is straight up garbage. Won't ever try to buy a vehicle here. I won't and don't recommend this dealership. I have been pre-approved and the process is such a drag. That I decided not to buy vehicle. Well come to find out they jacked up the price on the vehicle I was looking at!? Very unprofessional and extremely shady dealership. By far the worst dealership I have dealt with. Along with huffines cheverlet in Plano. I would be careful buying from these dealerships because they go on your credit as hard inquiries. In which the pull credit multiple times. Better hope the sales people don't leak out your information out on the street. Just seems like the type of people they have working at these places. When I first recieved a call the guy on the phone starts cussing and saying that he is never busy for a customer. Really?? So unprofessional. To start cussing on the phone to a potential customer for the first time?? Terrible experiance and I regret ever inquiring about a vehicle at this place. They don't even try. But sure do pull up your credit and tack on inquiries and jack up the price on vehicle that you were looking at??? Sounds like a bait and switch type of scam. Don't trust this dealership. They are crooks. They put false advertising by posting a low price to give a day or 2. And they switch it to a higher price. Bad business! Hope they get in trouble or go bankrupt for their scamming tactics. Just be honest and real up front. Shady bunch

I could not ask for better service than I have received while visiting this dealership, customer service is AMAZING. Gerry our salesman was amazing, finance guy was fast in getting all the paperwork done, there was no hassle, it was meant for us to purchase a car from this dealership. My husband and I went in just wanting to look at this car they had advertised, we drove from lone oak, got there was pleased with the car we never told anyone what we wanted to pay per month or how much down, Gerry came to us a showed us a offer which was exactly what we wanted to pay to the penny, god was with us in this transaction. Few things needed to be fixed on the car the service department didn’t hesitate to get it fixed. The whole staff and workers hats off to you all, I will definitely be sending people your way and if I ever need to purchase a car/ truck I will be coming to y’all. I could not ask for a better team of people to deal with.

My experience purchasing my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder from Toliver Ford was surprisingly nice. I was not looking forward to the process of purchasing another car, as it is so lengthy and involved these days. But my sales associate, Tyson, was wonderful and patient with all of my questions and never pressured me. The finance person, Josh, was also patient while I called my brother for help, as I felt I was not familiar with that part. Natalie, from Internet sales, took my information and guided me to my test drive and was very kind. Thank you to the whole company for making what can be an anxious process quite easy and comfortable! I Recommend them!

Chance in service identified my situation with the mechanic Jeff, and provided me with the timeline for repairs. Had some extensive manifold work done, as well as other repairs. It took its full time line to complete but was repaired perfectly by mechanic Jeff. Chance returned my calls in a timely fashion during my trucks stay and always shot straight with me. Even though parts may be a little more getting repaired by dealerships you are getting OEM parts designed for that auto and a 2 yr warranty. You also get guys who know what they are doing; Jeff's being working on Ford vehicles since the 70's....he knows old school as well as new. Truck was cleaned when they brought it around....5-Star-Service. They will handle my repairs for the life of my truck.
