Pros: The workmanship is fantastic Cons: punctuality. If they tell you the car will be finished by a certain date/time, don't believe them. Your vehicle will not be ready until they notify you that it is completed and this could be days or weeks after the date you are initially told My 3 star rating is not because of the work done at Interstate. I have had 3 vehicles repaired here, and the body and paint work has been completed to almost new. The reason for my low rating is customer frustration. When I would call to ask when my car would be ready I would be told that it would be 1-2 more days. I live less than a mile from this place and walked there on a Friday to ask in person how much longer it would be and was told Monday or Tuesday at the latest because my car was already in line for paint. I called up on Monday and was told that my car had not gone through paint and that if it made it into paint Monday or Tuesday then it would be ready on Wednesday. I called on Wednesday and was told it would be ready on Thursday. On Thursday the shop finally called me and told me my car would be ready by the very end of the day or first thing on Friday. It is now Friday and I am still hoping that I will have a car for the weekend. ~CMS

My experience purchasing my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder from Toliver Ford was surprisingly nice. I was not looking forward to the process of purchasing another car, as it is so lengthy and involved these days. But my sales associate, Tyson, was wonderful and patient with all of my questions and never pressured me. The finance person, Josh, was also patient while I called my brother for help, as I felt I was not familiar with that part. Natalie, from Internet sales, took my information and guided me to my test drive and was very kind. I recently had new rotors installed on my Toyota Sienna minivan. This place was awesome and I'll definitely be using their services again. They got me in and out in about 45 minutes.
