Best tire shop in Dickinson, Texas (TX) 2024

Arrived promptly at 8:30 for appointment. Service completed at 10am. Keys were accidentally locked inside the truck by staff but fortunately I have the Ford app and was able to unlock it. Overall, staff is friendly and professional. The receptionist at check out was awesome, she asked if I wanted to use my rewards to cover the cost which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I flew all the way from NC to buy a car from them. I worked with Mohammad, who was my Salesperson, and then with Carlos who was with Financing. Both of them were a pleasure to work with and made it easy for me to get the car. Mohammad was very upfront with the prices and fees and made sure I was aware of the whole process. Initially, I was financed through my own bank, but Carlos was able to come pretty close to my bank's rate and I ended up financing through McRee. They even helped me get the car shipped back to NC.
