Arrived promptly at 8:30 for appointment. Service completed at 10am. Keys were accidentally locked inside the truck by staff but fortunately I have the Ford app and was able to unlock it. Overall, staff is friendly and professional. The receptionist at check out was awesome, she asked if I wanted to use my rewards to cover the cost which I really appreciated. I have been doing business with Gay Family Auto for over 50 years. Their sales staff is knowledgeable and not pushy at all. And I have always found their service department to be superior and to help get me the best service for the dollar. I have referred many people to them over the years and none of them have ever told me that they were disappointed.
