I have been doing business with Gay Family Auto for over 50 years. Their sales staff is knowledgeable and not pushy at all. And I have always found their service department to be superior and to help get me the best service for the dollar. I have referred many people to them over the years and none of them have ever told me that they were disappointed. I bought my first vehicle from them in 1968 and my granddaughter just had her GMC SIERRA SLT Offroad truck serviced today. ~Robert

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I flew all the way from NC to buy a car from them. I worked with Mohammad, who was my Salesperson, and then with Carlos who was with Financing. Both of them were a pleasure to work with and made it easy for me to get the car. Mohammad was very upfront with the prices and fees and made sure I was aware of the whole process. Initially, I was financed through my own bank, but Carlos was able to come pretty close to my bank's rate and I ended up financing through McRee. They even helped me get the car shipped back to NC.
