Our 2019 Enclave check engine came on last week so I called and spoke with the service department very helpful and was told to bring it in. We only have the one vehicle and was worried how long it would take to get it back to us but they had it done by 5pm and we were very happy they got to it so quick. Very nice people 😊

The service was excellent. Matthew did a great job and the service was very fast. But I was extremely shocked at how much it cost. It was $ 1000 to only replace the battery and one battery cable. I’m embarrassed to tell anyone how much that cost. It’s ridiculous actually. I bought my Acadia in Michigan and I was hoping to find somebody in Texas to service my car and take care of my future car needs. It’s not going to be Gay GMC that’s for sure. I don’t even want to return for the oil change that Matthew offered me. I don’t ever want to go back there or even drive by really. I’m appalled at being charged $1000 to replace a battery.

Great, QUICK, thorough & friendly service. I called a day prior to schedule the appt (girl on the phone was friendly & super!) & was able to give me a next day, 7:30 AM time which is rare these days. I really appreciated how Matthew took the time to explain all of the services & charges prior to the work being completed. He went the extra customer service mile to even get a quote from the auto body shop to get a few dings repaired in the future. Excellent customer service!

I have been doing business with Gay Family Auto for over 50 years. Their sales staff is knowledgeable and not pushy at all.
