Went this place on 13Aug2022. I drove one BMW X5. they only let you drive around showroom with 40 miles per hour. How I can buy it with $50k just by drive few mins ??? I have chosen BMW X5 X40i all wheel drive and decided to pay 10k down. I am under paperwork and the selling rep suddenly said it sold few mins back. Is this scam??? They want it to be certified and sell it more?? They don’t have professional ethics.. worst place.

This was my first experience at BMW Dallas and I must say it was great. Francisco Torres Gonzalez, my service advisor, was very easy to work with. He thoroughly explained everything. I never got the sense that he was trying to sell me something that my car didn't need. He also kept me up to date as the work on my car progressed. The maintenance on my car was thourough and done in a timely manner. I would recommend BMW Dallas for all your BMW needs.

When I came to the Dallas BMW I was not expecting to leave with a vehicle. I had scheduled an appointment via the website and was contacted by a young lady named Alina. She was super friendly and quick to contact me. The day Of the appointment I came in with my partner and a close friend to shop with me. Alina was super professional and most of all welcoming. I was so impressed with her knowledge and willingness to help I knew that I had found a person to come and see for future purchases. She not only knew so much about the vehicle she was very entertaining and funny throughout the sales process and I most definitely recommend you come in and ask for Alina. She was able to get me a great deal make the entire process fun and most of all I feel I made a friend I can say hello to when I visit the dealership. If her leadership gets a chance to read this you should definitely keep Alina happy as her professionalism and great attitude will get you many more clients in the door. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to visit Alina at BMW Dallas.

I had a really good experience working with BMW of Dallas. I did a little shopping on their website when I reserved a vehicle. My appointment went well but I always like to take 48-hours to think on it. And..I was shopping elsewhere. I found another vehicle at another place but my son and I remembered the hospitality and friendly assistance at BMW of Dallas. So I decided to come back and purchase here. I’m grateful for that decision and I love my BMW X 3!! Great location and great staff!

The team at BMW of Dallas made my purchase of a new car an enjoyable experience. I am always apprehensive with buying a car, but thanks to Paul Kim and the entire team, they changed that! He took the time to answer all questions thoroughly and listen to my preferences. The trade in process was simple and I was given the amount I wanted for my car. After the purchase, Paul emailed photos of my new car with a big red ribbon on the hood! I loved sharing these with family and friends. He called to follow-up on how I liked the car. Truly, a wonderful experience!

I give this dealership one star for my purchasing experience. Since my purchase, I have not been pleased at all with the service I have received. I even contacted the general manager via email and provided my phone number for him to call me. He must have been too busy because he instead assigned the service manager to contact me. While the service manager did offer a better service experience in the future, it was too little, too late. The general manager replied to my email later, but only made light of the severity of my multiple poor after-purchase experiences with his dealership. I asked the dealership to buy back my car due to the poor service I received. They offered me more than $9,000 less than what my vehicle is valued on CARFAX at trade-in value. When one buys a luxury vehicle, he expects to receive superb service and appreciation for his business. I certainly didn’t get it here. I’m done with this dealership.
