The owner and the staff don't give a damn about their customers EXCEPT for the money. It is ALL about the money. If you are running low on funds and you have part cash and the balance is on your bank card, they will embarrass you in front of all their customers and deny you service. Don't shop there. Just because it is located in the ghetto, doesn't mean that they have to be cruel to their customers. Customers need not shop there. They need to get a new owner/mgr/staff or close this store down for good. Hopefully, by not shopping there, this will happen. They have high gas prices. They sell their food, tobacco and drinks for even higher than the convenient store across the street. They don't even have good snacks. I was going to buy these unusual perfumes and fragrances that they have...about four of them...would have been about $200, but they lost my patronage about a week ago, the day they embarrassed me in front of the entire store (customers and staff) and denied me service just because I had two different payment types. I spent about $250 per month there...that's $3K per year that they lost because I will spend my money with their competitor, located across the street from them. Don't run into a problem there...they are not anxious to solve any problem that will make customers want to return. I am DONE with them.

Horrible customer service. Need to get another set of employees . Just because it is in a lower income bracket neighborhood, doesn't mean the employees have to have horrible customer service.
