Purchased a new vehicle here. Overall the experience was satisfactory and we will see how the continued relationship works out. The only reason this review isn't five stars is do to some slight pricing inconsistencies with the purchase of the vehicle. I did accept them knowing the difference, but just being upfront with everything is better for everyone in the transaction. I will say Brandon is an amazing salesperson and just person in general. If you are looking for a vehicle do not hesitate to go talk to him and he will get you lined out. Any of the pricing inconsistencies has nothing to do with him and he is only given the information provided by the finance department. He is a truly honest and genuine individual and is a bright spot in the car buying experience! The finance department was friendly and pleasurable to deal with. Overall no pushy tactics and they offer many options for your consideration after the sale. My only issue here is pricing inconsistencies. Just be honest with the pricing. I know making money is the purpose, but it doesn't always have to be THE MOST money. Be honest with your customers and you will have customers for life. Not just for a one and done purchase. I will continue my business with Gene Messer Ford and we will see how this relationship pans out long term... ~Terry

This is a great place to come and do all you automotive maintenance, they have the best customer service and they had to help me out on the best way they can. Nick the supervisor known that I was really short in time to go get my inspection sticker and he put all his employees to get me in and out in less than 10 minutes. ~Omid

Yall need to start listening to your customers. I asked for a carton of lucky strike menthol you sold me lights and wouldnt exchange them the other day.. theres always a door locked... today I asked for 28 on 5 said yes I want to use my points.. you hit no before I even had a chance to push yes.. and you only put 20 on my pump..about to choose another spot for my gas n cigs... ~Tamera

I got my Moderna booster shot at the CVS in Amarillo off of Washington. The store was clean and the staff were kind. Setting up an appointment online was quick and easy, as was receiving the vaccine itself in one of the private vaccination rooms (pictured). It was the quickest and least painful vaccination experience I have ever had. Additionally the technician was aware of my appointment and my allergies. I would highly reccomend this location and this team! ~Makinzie

Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Although our mishap would be considered small in comparison to many others they see, we were treated with the utmost respect and concern from the first phone call to the final fix. As a bonus, we were also taken care of within 24 hours. Other family members have used Harvey’s in the past and had only great things to say about their work. Highly recommend this local business! When I write a review I usually give it a couple of weeks before I provide input. A few weeks ago I had FX install a leveling kit on my truck. The truck was set to be done around closing time. It took a little longer than they thought and the technician stayed late to make absolutely sure everything was done properly. I know some people might complain about this but this really shows how they run their operation. They aren’t going home until it’s done right. As a customer I really appreciated that. Anyways, the truck looks great, rides great, and I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. They did an exceptional job. ~Taylor
