Best car dealer in Amarillo, Texas (TX) 2024

Purchased a new vehicle here. Overall the experience was satisfactory and we will see how the continued relationship works out. The only reason this review isn't five stars is do to some slight pricing inconsistencies with the purchase of the vehicle. I did accept them knowing the difference, but just being upfront with everything is better for everyone in the transaction. I will say Brandon is an amazing salesperson and just person in general. If you are looking for a vehicle do not hesitate to go talk to him and he will get you lined out. Any of the pricing inconsistencies has nothing to do with him and he is only given the information provided by the finance department. He is a truly honest and genuine individual and is a bright spot in the car buying experience! The finance department was friendly and pleasurable to deal with. Overall no pushy tactics and they offer many options for your consideration after the sale. My only issue here is pricing inconsistencies. Just be honest with the pricing. I know making money is the purpose, but it doesn't always have to be THE MOST money. Be honest with your customers and you will have customers for life. Not just for a one and done purchase. I will continue my business with Gene Messer Ford and we will see how this relationship pans out long term... ~Terry

I brought vehicle in for curtain airbag recall, when vehicle was returned the headliner was not installed correctly and was falling down some and was dirty with handprints. Some wiring was also pinched outside of a panel. I brought the vehicle back to be corrected. The wiring and headliner were corrected, but some adhesive that was used is smeared on the passenger door paint and paddengrr seat. I had to bring the vehicle back yet again to get the glue cleaned off, some of the adhesive was cleaned off but not all. I am now being told to bring it back again. I live 120 miles away and do not come to Amarillo very often and am having to go out of my way to have this problem fixed time and time again. ~Steven
