ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. I have been to this location two times the first time my oil change took four hours because they were missing a part and they did not inform me of this until I complained multiple times. The second time I went there (today) I waited an hour and a half to have my oil change which for anyone who’s had an oil change that is a service that should take 20-30 minutes MAX. Do not waste your time or money at this dealership they do not communicate they do not help you. They take way too long for their “express service” just save yourself a trip and go to Jiffy Lube there 1000 times better

These are the most awesome people you ever want to meet. They went above and beyond to please me and I will forever be eternally grateful for the pleasure of staying in Amarillo Texas. Everyone in the city was nice, kind and caring. Everyone speaks and smiles will give you the shirt off their back. If my family wasn't in Ohio I would be moving there.If your going that way make it a point to stop and see for yourself. I brought vehicle in for curtain airbag recall, when vehicle was returned the headliner was not installed correctly and was falling down some and was dirty with handprints. Some wiring was also pinched outside of a panel. I brought the vehicle back to be corrected. The wiring and headliner were corrected, but some adhesive that was used is smeared on the passenger door paint and paddengrr seat. I had to bring the vehicle back yet again to get the glue cleaned off, some of the adhesive was cleaned off but not all. I am now being told to bring it back again. I live 120 miles away and do not come to Amarillo very often and am having to go out of my way to have this problem fixed time and time again.

We had some minor work done on our truck. They worked us in while we were in town. Got us back going by lunch. We really appreciated them getting us in like that and taking care of us. We highly recommend their service department. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler in for a under warranty clock spring and new radiator. This was the best service I’ve ever received at a car dealership in my 40+ years dealing with them. By some of the reviews, I was a bit worried taking it there. The new service manager Richard, who took over just three weeks ago, is striving to turn their service department in to a first class operation. My hats off to him for doing that in just three short weeks. The service tech I dealt with was Austin and again, he was great to deal with. He kept me updated on the progress and even saved me some money on the radiator. They promised the work would be completed in two days. It was ready within 24 hours. At this point, you can ignore the older reviews. This service department is top shelf. Thank you!!

Used Texas Dodge to help with some things another dealership could not do. Everyone was so nice and respectful from the moment I pulled up. Seth and Maurice in parts were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to get me taken care of! Great experience!

Bought a car here that turned out to be a lemon. Within 30 min after leaving the lot the front grill fell off,headlights and radio did not work and to top it off it wouldn't let us put gas in the tank. Returned to dealership where we were accused of hitting something and basically called a liar when we denied it. The salesman tried to "persuade " us to take another car that we did NOT care for. In the end we dealt with the manager who worked with us to "untangle" the contract and got our trade in back but it took almost 2 weeks of CONSTANTLY calling them to get our down-payment back. Don't think I will ever do business with them again.

Horrendous Service Department! In March, Texas Dodge determined my 2018 Grand Cherokee needed a new radio. They said it was on back order and would be a while. I called back in June. They had to research my invoice and called me back to tell me it hadn’t come in with no indication of when it would be in. Basically continue to wait. The following Monday I contacted Jeep and was assigned a customer service rep who said she would investigate my case. On Thursday ( 3 days later) she contacted me to advise that the radio was at the dealership ready to be installed and for me to proceed in that direction. On Friday I called and left a message w the service manager. Hours later I gave up and called him. He actually answered. I told him Uconnect stated my radio was there and I would like it installed. He couldn’t find my ticket and said he would have to call me back. He did to advise for me to call him. I tried on 6 different occasions to reach him by phone, one time holding for 20 minutes, to no avail. On Saturday, once again no answer. I went out to their website and was able to get a 7:45 appt on Tuesday I dropped my car off at 7:35am and was told it would only be a couple of hours. I found a ride to get my car at 3:00pm and met with another service manager who advised me that it would be about 45 minutes. I told him it was disappointing because I had a 7:45 appt for a 2 hour job, to which he replied “sorry boss”. Texas Dodge has offered nothing but a prolonged horrible experience from a seemingly inept service department. The ONLY reason I got the radio was due to Fiat intervention.

Took my Fiancés SRT jeep to get an oil and a cabin filter change . I should of went to Walmart instead . Oil was everywhere big mess under the hood not even sure if they put oil on the engine and a mess under passenger dash
