It was my first time there.I was expecting something like Taco Bell,or,Taco Bueno.But I was pleasantly surprised. It tasted more authentic, more homemade, than the assembly line manufactured other competitors......

Everything thing was all good and well until I got snap back from an employee about an missing item. I’m not sure if it was a manager or what. I order 4 taco lites and when we got home we checked our ordered to only find 3. I drove back up here to see the lobby was closed and called to have them correct our order. The woman on the phone was rude and adamant about how she made the order and knows she put all the tacos in the bag. I wouldn’t have drove all the way up here if my correct to begin with. Her response to me was “well I know I put that taco in there but I’ll make you another one.” I understand you’re busy I work in the food industry as well and it’s okay to make mistakes but if I wasn’t being rude to you or causing a ruckus, I definitely don’t need you to be rude to me.

Came in today, 6/3/22 for super nachos, first of all the girl taking the order sounded like she was in a hurry, she kept asking "is that it" as if she was in a hurry. Mind you it was raining so I was the one with an open window, not her. When I got to the window it wasn't the same person. Then the nachos were basically crumbs. Were the chips from the bottom of the bag/box, who knows because they were all broken in small pieces. Crumbs. Not pieces to call them nachos. Very disappointing. Never had issues before. This is enough to take my business elsewhere

I love taco casa but this one is just like the one in Saginaw. They are both horrible. The food is never made well and the wait is horrible. Then the fact I'm getting asked how many specific hot sauce packets I need to then only get 3 is ridiculous. Sorry but four thumbs down 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Food is ok but the black mold all around the air vents is pretty gross. My family and I won't be going inside to eat anymore until the black mold is dealt with.

I would not recommend going here. The staff was very rude. They made my order wrong and when I called to let them know they immediately blamed me. I didn’t even want anything back and was just gonna fix it myself when I got home, I was just calling to let them know and immediately they started hounding on me saying that I didn’t order it correctly. And I don’t even know if the person I spoke to was the manager because they gave me no information they literally just said order number when they answered the phone. I just had to hang up.

Whitest tacos I ever ate. Total chingaderas. Good quality, just not even close to authentic. Happy, helpful staff. Better than taco bell and more food for the money.

I like Taco Casa but don't go as often as I want. Being on a different part of town I had to try this one out. The food was good and staff was as well but felt something lacking.

Went here for dinner, taco shells were broken and falling apart. Tacos had the sour cream on the outside (it doesn't belong on the outside). For the price of these SUPER TACOS THIS WAS DISGUSTING! I asked for napkins and hot sauce. Did not receive any type of condiments! The kids (workers) inside the building were laughing and giggling.

Now I have never been at this location . Customer service could be better, I was at this location for an hour and tables not getting clean as you can see (this is an old Wendy’s location). FYI the water in this location( Lake Worth ) is horrible so cokes and tea will taste a little funny. Two large drinks $4.18. Thank You
