Everything thing was all good and well until I got snap back from an employee about an missing item. I’m not sure if it was a manager or what. I order 4 taco lites and when we got home we checked our ordered to only find 3. I drove back up here to see the lobby was closed and called to have them correct our order. The woman on the phone was rude and adamant about how she made the order and knows she put all the tacos in the bag. I wouldn’t have drove all the way up here if my correct to begin with. Her response to me was “well I know I put that taco in there but I’ll make you another one.” I understand you’re busy I work in the food industry as well and it’s okay to make mistakes but if I wasn’t being rude to you or causing a ruckus, I definitely don’t need you to be rude to me. ~JLauren
