I recently ordered delivery and it was delivered to the wrong house. I understand that mistakes happen, but I spent an hour trying to call the store to explain that I never got my order and they won't answer. What kind of pizza place doesn't answer the phone. Right now I'm out $30 and I have to find dinner somewhere else. Pretty poor work from the management at this store how are they supposed to operate if they wont answer the phone.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with ANY pizza place EVER! My husband spent $40 on a pizza and a soda for delivery and they never showed up with it. A full two HOURS later (after 40 minutes on hold trying to call them), he drove to the store to find out where the pizza was and the driver swore he delivered it and it was no where to be found. He asked for a refund and they continuously said he was lying and it was delivered. These people are rude as hell, have NO customer service skills, and don’t have a clue what they are doing. 0/10 would NEVER recommend to anyone. Will be contacting corporate in the morning.

Ordered one (laugh) large thin crust pizza black olive beef and extra cheese . and one (laugh) large thin crust green olive extra cheese and Italian sausage pizza. Even though these pies are extremely small they were tasty for what they are. Their delivery service was very quick and trouble free.

Worst experience I have ever had with dominos my entire life.....mind you I am 61 ....online order kept switching me from delivery to carry out...3 times...then 4 times when trying to give card number it disconnected me....finally I got ahold of store when they answered the phone..got disconnected 2 times ...and it was short one wing imagine that....on a good note the delivery feller...(bout my age was a nice guy)..

Have always liked Dominoes...but I have to say the cost and $5.00 delivery charge and Tip percentages are enough to make me stop buying from Dominoes. on top of over 30 minute wait. I remember when you used to get it free if they didnt get it there within 30 minutes

I stayed on the phone for atleast 45 minutes ordering and the girl called off my address and phone# atleast 4 times. I gave her all my info. incl my bank card and she thanked me after she said everything was o.k. but told me to hold on for something. The store picked up the call and told me no order had come thru. Now what???? Never using Dominoes again Just can't talk th o anyone anymore, gotta go through a call center. Plus just sending a stupid response that they didn't want the customers to have aa bad experience isn't good enough unless they make it up to you. I spoke to some grouchy woman at the store.

ordered at 6:40pm 7:50 came no pizza no call no expectations. i called told me he would give me extra food i didnt need. 8:32 rolled around driver knocked on the door .. tells me my price it 27 something when my original price on my app was 21. kids got pizza first told me it was hard to bite... because it was old .. reheated.. im extremely disappointed.
