Love this place. The employees are very friendly and try their best! People are to harsh on here.

Walked into the store today with my other half just to be told to leave!? Mind you all we did was walk in & try to get some food items for me & my kids. I'm surprised that when asked to leave the lady couldn't give us a legitimate reason & kept rolling her eyes at us acting like she was doing something or texting. That's extremely rude & i don't think we should of had to leave without an explanation.

I kid you not I was there around 9 in the morning, walked around the entire store saying "hello" and no one responded. This went on for five minutes. They were receiving deliveries and apparently the ONE employee was in the back. All the money they bring in and they can't staff with two people. Meanwhile the front doors were wide open.

Waited for the store to open they could not give me 5 dollars cash back for laundry after my purchase why does it give you a option to get cash back I think it was the girl working not wanting to be there you can’t tell me they don’t have money to open with and I’ve been doing this same schedule every week for a year I got and get cash back to do laundry

Female employee with glasses left register completely unattended to talk to another employee that was actually stalking. I would understand if she was actually working and helping him, but she was just over there holding up a conversation. I went to the register and I was trying to be polite and just be like "hello 🙂 is anybody here" because I was trying to check out for almost five minutes and even after hearing me she refused to come to the front register to check me out. Leaving a register completely unattended when you have a customer right there I don't know how these employees get away with it. Disrespectful to the customers and unsafe for employers registers.... And when she got back she didn't even apologize or anything, completely rude.

Wish these stores would stock Raspberry Brisk Tea! It is why I stop. But as all stores in Texas. No one has Raspberry brisk tea and that sucks. In Indiana, they are everywhere. FYI. Get this in your stock! It would not stay on shelves. Its a great product!

Profoundly depressing shopping experience. I don't know why anyone would shop at a Dollar General in 2020. I only went there to rent a Rug Doctor, as the walmart down the street was out of them. Shopping here is like shopping in the 1970s in a bad part of town. Nasty environment, all the customers are nasty and trashy, it's a disgusting environment all the way around.

With everything going on during peak hours there should be more than one person handling registers I don't recall seeing any other person in there to help this boy and he was very sweet and very kind but very talkative and had a very very long line I think they should take in consideration to get people in and out

I went in for a hose sprayer, walked out with 4 bags. They had so many good deals, very affordable! Even though it was near closing time, employees were very helpful to me. There used to be a Dollar General 1 mile from me. Road construction took them out. After today's experience, I miss them very much!

This store was cluttered and unorganized, not only that but the staff wasn't wearing any PPE whatsoever. Not even a facemask or shield for their employees; being in the middle of a pandemic one would think necessary precautions would be set in place for a chain like Dollar General. Be better than this
