Literally every single time we go there, they forget something. Tonight we got a combo that came with fries and a biscuit and we got neither. I ordered an addition biscuit and we didn’t get that. So I went up to get my stuff get home and the fries are cold and old. The chicken tenders were the same: cold and old. Like come on. I get it people make mistakes and thing happen but this happens EVERY single time. I’m done going there. I took about a 6 month break after going once a week, I don’t think I will return. The people are pleasant though.

Every single time I eat there... Whether it be going to go get it. Sit down to eat or have it delivered. It always messed up. Its always missing items i paid for.This past time I ordered a bucket of chicken three sides half gallon of lemonade only got two sides one of the sides spelled out on the bag dumping juice all over the chicken making the chicken soggy didn't send any of the sauces I asked for or plates. Its a terrible place to get food. Terrible workers and obviously management dont care enough to fix it.

Absolutely disgusting. So ghetto!!! Employee's eating at the drive thru. No hair nets or face covering coughing all over. I will never go back. This KFC is GHETTO!!!

Food was ok but the service was terrible. Waited at the speaker for over 30 sec without a greeting. When I finally said something the person answered actually abruptly "Go ahead when you're ready". I could tell the man was very distracted and my passenger had to repeat the same thing 4 times for him to get it. When we arrived at the window the gentleman at the window (not the one taking my order) was actually working hard. However I could see everyone else was standing around talking including the person who took my order. After watching them talk rather than make our food the nice gentleman at the window asked us to pull up. The were no cars behind us they were just too busy talking

was extremely impressed with the quality of service from the lady who took our order-- she was very sweet and had a great smile! This is ESPECIALLY impressive due to the fact soooooo many other clerks (in stores/restaurants other than KFC) emit the spirit of NOT wanting to be there for the customers (as if it's an inconvenience to them). This was a REFRESHING experience and made my day!

Food was excellent here. The wait was a little long because the dining room is still closed but it was well worth the wait. And for the price you can't beat it. I paid $30 for 40 popcorn chicken and an 8 piece fill up meal. I couldn't buy that much food for that price anywhere else. And the biscuits here are amazing!

The wait is the only bad part but even its not usually that bad. I have never once had bad food here and they always have my order right. Store is always clean and staff are always friendly. No complaints from me at all.
