Just waited in line for 20 minutes while 2 managers stood there watching one girl struggle on the register. Stores a disaster. Managers could do muchhh better pac sun is way better dont waste your time here

Why are the hangers so sticky? Why is the floor so dusty? It's gross and makes me sensory overwhelmed, also never anyone working there and fitting rooms are never clean or managed. Really love the company just think this specific location needs some type of reset or remanagement tactic.

15 people in line. One register open. 2 people behind the counter. No excuse why that second person couldn't take 5 minutes to help a few customers check out. Ridiculous!

I never make reviews but I went in today just to quickly grab a couple pairs of socks and when I went to check out they told me “I can’t ring you up without an email” and kept trying to get me to give her any email. Look I can empathize with employees doing their job but I’ve never been REQUIRED to give anything other than money to make a purchase, ever. Wouldn’t take my no for an answer, so I left. I hope she isn’t getting forced by management to make a quota for getting emails because it’s tacky on your already dying business.

Beware if you have issues with an order. Forever 21’s carrier left my package out in the open instead of taking 30 seconds to use a secure locker system. So, as expected, it was stolen. For anybody other on-line purchase I have made, the store took responsibility for their shipping and delivery! Not Forever 21! They’re keeping my money and won’t resend the merchandise until they do their “investigation “ Yet the have a picture showing the package was left out in the open. The other kicker, I bought items during a sale- I had other options but chose items from Forever 21. What a mistake! I now have no merchandise and no money! Will not be ordering again from this store!

This store LIES about the price of their clothes to trick customers into buying. Recently went in and picked out a few items from clearance. At the register the prices were not what the signs advertised. Sign said $9 for two piece instead it rung up for $29.99. Then in buy one get one free section somehow did not include what's on the rack. The employee said "well we organized the clothes by color not advertised prices. " That doesn't make sense, take down the signs then. FALSE ADVERTISING.

I’m not one to complain about customer service ever. This store is full of rude employees and they make it impossible to return clothes. I went in to return something with all but one tag attached and the cashier refused to even give me a store credit and when I asked to speak to a manager, the cashier said there was no manager in. But, when I called not even 10 minutes later all of a sudden they did have a manager. On the phone, the manager hung up on me and it was the worst retail experience I’ve ever experienced.

It says they close online, but we tried to go in at 5:40 and their doors were locked so I called them and they said "We closed early." No sign on the door or anything. Super inconvenient considering we made the 45 minute drive here and it's one of our favorite places to shop. We were going to be in and out, just wanted a couple pairs of leggings and maybe a dress or 2 but apparently they think it's ok to just close 20 minutes early. Super bad expierence at this entire mall. Will not he back.

Have to give this F21 one star because of they're ridiculous new return policy won't exchange or return after thirty days is a joke. Some people started Christmas shopping in the beginning of November so you're telling me you can't extend the policy for a least two months during the shopping season. They're other locations have returned things no problem even give store credit or you may get back a little less than what you paid for. But the UTC location after thirty days don't bother a waste of time go to another store. One other complaint have is they're signs that are so close to the entrance door is terrible anybody who's not looking could trip and fall they need to put them somewhere else.
