If I could give a zero we would. On many days H&M UTC will completely close their dressing rooms and make you purchase everything without trying it on then when you come back to return the items they will give you grief for returning so many items at once. The quality of their merchandise is terrible as well. Just ask the people at Dillard's UTC they told us many customers will purchase items from H&M and then go down to Dillard's to try it on then immediately go back up to H&M to make the returns... how insane is that!? Lazy Lazy Lazy people at H&M.

Really disappointed with this store Spent half an hour walking around store collecting together many items I felt would be ideal for several social events I have coming up. My husband was waiting outside and we had made a special trip to this the nearest H&M to where we were staying before we return to UK. I Went to the cashier and asked where the fitting room was and she explained that they were not open as they did not have enough staff to man them. For me this was disappointing I had 2 dresses, 2 bikini’s, a pair of trousers and 2 tops to try on. I asked if perhaps I could use the mens upstairs and the other member of staff working on the shop floor very sharply said’ no fitting rooms are open’ - No sorry , no advise and no pleasantries. I was not in a position to return to the store with items that weren’t suitable so I had to leave all the items I chose. To be honest if this is the way she speaks to people then I think they will remain lacking in staff.

Unbelievably rude woman! When I was at the register I asked very polite if they are ever going to reopen fitting rooms and answer I got just shocked me. She said " it's not my problem they are closed!" And than we were trying to apply some discount through my phone She aggressively took my phone and try to do it by herself. Love the H&M but definitely not this store!

A woman with short curly bleach blond hair at 7:55 approached me abruptly with a hand gesture pointing to the door telling me “the store was closed and I needed to go. The mall closes at 8pm.” I raised to the mall to pick up a quick item. I understand the mall closes at 8pm but the unprofessionalism of this woman was something I couldn’t go with out reporting. I hope management sees this and addresses it. No need to be completely rude there is a polite way she could have gotten her point across. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she shouldn’t be in customer service…

The fitting room is always closed, so people go buy something try it on in toilet outside and then come in an exchange it. When I asked the guy why in middle in day it was closed he said no staff. I look around and see a bunch of staff milling around chatting, they are using the "Staff shortage as an excuse"

Can somebody check on these people that work here? Last month I asked a man who was managing the store that day if by chance the fitting rooms upstairs were open. I was greeted with an agressive "NO! We are understaffed because nobody wants to work here!" I said okay... So fast forward today, I go into the store again with a friend. And the fitting room was open! Awesome! We wait in line. Immediately greeted with weirdness by the fitting room employee. My friend didn't know she was talking to her so the employee says really loud, WELL IGNORE ME THEN! Should have said something there but I let it slide. Two minutes later I hear another employee come in her dressing room to call her an inconsiderate person. Why you ask? because she walked out of the room for literally 10 seconds to show me the blazer she wanted for her new job, while there was a line. They say they are understaffed. We were only in the fitting rooms for 5 minutes at the most. I would understand if we were teenagers goofing around. We had probably 5 items between the both of us, and there were multiple people trying on things that were in the fitting rooms before us. Were they chastised? No. Obviously, she went to go tell somebody that she was treated so weird, and who was she greeted by? the employee, Marianne, that called her inconsiderate (who turned out to be the manager!) You can guess how that went... I now understand why they are so understaffed. It is a reflection on the company overall that they are pushing these managers to their psychological breaking point. On the other hand it is unacceptable they are using customers as their punching bag. If this isn't corrected how is anybody going to want to work here? Shop here?

I visited the store last weekend and liked the jacket on the mannequin. The staff refused to take it off for me to buy it but took my phone number to put it on hold when they will change the clothing on the mannequin.They told me they will call me next week. No one ever called and when I called customer service, they contacted the store, and told me that the jacket is not available. They sold it out. Absolutely disappointed in work ethics in this store. Awful, unprofessional, unpleasant experience.

Very rude customer service. There’s was still 7 minutes to closing, and the employee who claimed she was the manager was kicking people out and not allowing anyone else to enter the store. She approached everyone very rudely and in an angry voice was telling us to leave. The store closes at 6 on Sundays, but at 5:50 she was already telling people that the store was closed. Awful experience.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a store. They treated us like criminals for picking an item up and looking at it. Made a scene and yelled at us in front of other customers. Truly very bizarre. They need a course in customer service because theirs is next level awful. And after reading some of these reviews, it seems to be a re-occurring problem

Truly upsetting that I picked out all these clothes to try on only to find their dressing rooms are still closed. Bought it all to just take home and find out none of it fits. Took back the next day and they acted like returning my clothes was an inconvenience - yeah, to me! Will not be shopping here again.
