I love Ross! You never know what you're going to find there! Great place to shop for shoes, shirts, pants, underwear, socks, they also have a nice little electronics department as well as nice stuff for the household! I'll go there sometimes to check for new inventory and usually there's something good!

The selection here is great. I am always able to find a deal. I wish it would be cleaner at times. I always have a good shopping experience here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I barely ever write reviews this is the worst Ross I have ever been to. terrible customer service one cashier for a Saturday afternoon Manager is just walking around harassing customers I overheard her talking to an older customer that clearly could not speak English and she just kept talking away. The customer was just minding her own business Shopping. I understand being short staffed but based on other reviews this store just has an issue maybe it’s time to change the whole team.

They have the worst customer service out of any Ross store I've been in. And you better check the clothing tag for size because a lot of them don't match the hanger size. Just sayin'

Nicely stocked. Items looked presentable, not picked over. The store looked clean. The workers were nice. I went for a frame to house my degree, but they had none to fit, so maybe start carrying frames 9x7 or 7x9 to accommodate, but I found some nice leggings, multiple options and colors, I think I spent $100 just on leggings.

Empty shelves, dirty and unkept displays, and a bathroom that will make public restrooms look good. Told the employee there was literally poop on the toilet seat and she shrugged it off as there was nothing unusual about it and certainly not anything she was going to do to remedy it.

The store is kept exceptionally clean. Even during the holidays I found it to be well-organized. Plenty of parking in this great location. Other discount retailers in the area make this a perfect stop for holiday shopping.
