Checking out takes a very long time. Customer service is very slow. They still have great stuff and when customer service is helping you they do help.. just can't find anyone to help you because they're all in plain clothes.

This post is for the Del Amo Fashion Center (Mall), not Urban Ourfitters. Went there to walk around after going to the Pumpkin Patch across the street and spent some time. A lot of good places to shop ans great places to eat, well maintained area and clean. Lots of parking in the parking structure as well. The couryard had a small train that I took my kids on, they really enjoyed it, and there were many areas to lay or sit and relax. It was nice.

Has lots of crop tops and other strange shirts. They also don’t have oversized tees or regular t shirts. They have cute decor and pretty accessories.

Very helpful young ladies there. My daughter was shopping for her Birthday dress. And the young lady kayla was happy to help and was not annoyed that my daughter was trying on many outfits very friendly staff at this location thank you.

Associates are very helpful at this store. I usually shop my nice's outfits here; they have many choices for girls including jeans, skirts leggings and more. I'd recommend this place!!!

Clothes are overly priced and not really stylish or one of a kind. You're literally paying 30 dollars for a plain white tee. They get 2 stars cause the staff is friendly and they do have some cute shoes. Also, gadgets are pretty cool.
