At soon as got out of my vehicle Mr. Rico store Manager, welcome me to the facility, he explained to me all the repairs needed. The mechanic was outstanding, I asked some questions in my native language Spanish and he was able to communicate with me. I will advertise my experience to family and friends. Thank you. 1. Really good place. I was told about them through a dealership I go to. I tried them and they to an excellent job. 1a. If you have any issues Point them out and they will take care of them on the spot. 2. The people are very nice and friendly. They are willing to talk to you and listen to what you want - or just listen to you chat on. There's a very few places I can say this about. 3. My car looked really good when done. I had a fantastic experience at this Ken's Automotive. I called and was able to get an appointment for an oil change that day. The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. The owner at the shop helped me when I came in and hooked me up with a coupon. The oil change was quick - a little over an hour and I was good to go. I will absolutely be getting all future oil changes and car maintenance here. ~Crista
