Great energy. Always nice and humble when my children and I shop around. Always clean and fully stocked with fresh produce a. Once before I grabbed some strawberries that were partially bad, and they had no problem with exchanging the , and they always assist me with taking my groceries to the car

I only go in this store for the convenience..ie only 1 or 2 items needed. The meat in this store always looks and smells bad. Also, BROOKSHIRE'S prices alone keep me from "shopping" there. I might as well go buy groceries at Big Tex as far as prices go. I would think with 1 in Diboll and 2 in Lufkin, they could afford to give customers a break..but all I see is a store taking advantage of people who have no other choice in some circumstances.

Come here for better selection of meats "stake and thick cut pork chops" also ussaly a better selection of beers and wines. Price is a littler hire then other places but that is the trade off for the better selection.

Worst store for having enough lanes open. Every time I go in there, there are 6 or more people in line with employees hiding instead of opening up a new checkout. Plus they don't keep cups out to get fountain drinks. I tried to get one, waited 5 minutes, then they had no kids. Employees acted like they never heard of lids. They need to be mentored by the employees from the Zavalla store.
