This place just keeps getting worse over time. More people lingering out front. Floors are disgusting. Entrances blocked off. Shopping carts everywhere except available in the store. I’ll drive the extra 15min to a better store.

Frustrating! I went there on my way home since traffic was just horrible. I was just picking up 2 items & ended up picking up only one. I used the app to find capers which shows isle 2 in Condiments. 2 employees were kind enough to look & couldn't find them on the shelves either. From time to time I stop in at this location, but I never realized how limited their variety is. If you're looking for higher end items or more international flavors, this isn't the store. Shiloh & 190 is my usual or 14th & Los Rios have way more variety. Good thing I was able to find capers in my pantry.

Bought two cups of pomegranates yesterday5/1/22. Got home and realized it was expired and smelling like a bad hand sanitizer after my baby opened and put some into her mouth. Went back to store to lodge a complain only to be insulted by an a store associate who told me several times "this is common sense" I should have checked it and my baby should have smell it before putting it in her mouth. This associate is has the name LaGloria. Another associate called Reubens tried to stop her from that making that insultive statement of this is common sense and she did not see anything wrong with such insults on a customer showing her grievance of expired product sold to her. Really hurt by her rudeness. What is a product that expired on 04/18/2022 doing on the Ile of fresh produce on 05/01/22. Ridiculous. Some associate like LaGloria need to be taught some basic customer service manners.

This Kroger has EXCELLENT customer service! They went above and beyond with barely any workers that evening to make sure my son had his cupcakes for his school birthday party! We had purchased cupcakes from the Plano store and all the icing fell off and they looked horrible so we live by the Richardson one and they made sure we weren’t disappointed! The entire front end staff was remarkable! Joshua made sure we were taken care of and was so kind and friendly! That store was 10 times better than Plano! Highly recommend using them for grocery needs 🤗

Not kid friendly. On one visit an employee was walking through a door as we were grabbing a hand basket. Reached in front of me to put some more in a stack and almost ran over my daughter before I could pull her close. Completely oblivious to her. Another time we were looking for salt and my daughter was asking where she could throw away some trash and the stocker completely ignored her. It was sad. (They didn’t have headphones on either) Just now, after checking out at the farthest self-checkouts, we were walking past the ice machine and my daughter tripped over this massive black rug that was sticking out into the walkway. She landed on the rug which was thankfully soft. But, the way it was folded it was able to hold water — I don’t know why there was water all over it — and she got all wet and kinda dirty from it. I try to avoid this place, and I’m not bringing my kids back if I have to go. Sadly, There are some items they carry that others do not.

Worst grocery store... The guy at the customer service counter simply said that he was going home for the day; at 11am on a Thursday. I was the only one left in line and he just said he's going home... Okay no problem, so I asked if they be open tomorrow and they said yes. Well guess what? I went back and they said they are not open, don't know when they will be, and cannot help customers. No big deal, Ill go to another grocery store, but it is a little frustrating.

I like Kroger. It is a huge store with almost anything you need. I love their cheese selections and olive bar. If they work on being more affordable I would visit more often

If you enjoy not knowing the price of things until you get to the register then this is the store for you. In 2 years of shopping here, I can count on my hand the amount of times I walked out with everything on my grocery list. With COVID that's somewhat forgiveable.

Website says they close at 1, sign on the door says they close at 1. They close at 12:45. Kroger update your public information so your underpaid employees don't have to get into shouting matches with frustrated customers over things they don't control.

Placed an order to pickup curbside. All that went well. When I opened my grape tomatoes, they were molded, the salad mix was slimy and the blueberries were hard and had the blooms still attached. I am not sure after this incident if I believe their commercial and will not be using this service again, because not sure the shopper knows how to shop. I would do my own shopping but not able.
