Wanted to avoid this location because of the reviews. Should have listened. Got a rapid result covid test and never obtained the results. Called to inquire several different times and no one answered. Why even have a pharmacy.

If you plan on coming to this location to pick up a prescription you better plan on taking half the day off work. The pharmacy and this location has the slowest customer service I have ever seen in my life! On top of that they keep trying to fill my prescriptions before they're ready to be filled and then my insurance denies it. I honestly don't understand what's going on in this place.

Don't go here if you need anything within one hour from the photo department. I arrived to pick up my order at least an hour after I got the confirmation email that my order was ready and was told that my order wouldn't be ready until tomorrow and that the person working at the counter had no idea how to prepare my order. I was told to find another Walgreens. Not helpful at all considering I need the gift right away hence ordering through 1 hour photo.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Unbelievable. Got a rapid test and never got my results. Then I called and after 20 minutes of going through the stupid automated machine, another 11 minutes for them to hang up. Everyone here says they work hard? The pharmacy department sucks. You just see them walking back n forth. Likewhat r u doing?

They are a bit expensive, but staff is always friendly. I must speak up for the pharmacy. These folks work so hard to keep up with customer service. I know they have more than they can handle and still do a great job. In their area alone homes are being built left to right which increases more customers. Definitely the corporate needs to either hire more staff or pay the existing staff more money in the change of the dynamics. If you want good service then make the changes as needed. Thank you pharmacy staff for all your hard work. You all are awesome.

Very uncooperative staff. My son’s prescriptions continue to be not processed properly. We have been told that certain prescriptions are not there when they were. I am a physician and this is very disturbing. One staff member in particular with an Indian accent has been very uncooperative, has hung up on me and has put me on hold eternally. Will be making a formal complaint.

The pharmacy only has one young man that is of any value on hold 10 min and hung up on several times Sad to say they had ript 4 days with out filling .The. sent to another Walgreens. The rest of the store people are very good
