If you plan on coming to this location to pick up a prescription you better plan on taking half the day off work. The pharmacy and this location has the slowest customer service I have ever seen in my life! On top of that they keep trying to fill my prescriptions before they're ready to be filled and then my insurance denies it. I honestly don't understand what's going on in this place. ~Rachel

This Kroger has EXCELLENT customer service! They went above and beyond with barely any workers that evening to make sure my son had his cupcakes for his school birthday party! We had purchased cupcakes from the Plano store and all the icing fell off and they looked horrible so we live by the Richardson one and they made sure we weren’t disappointed! The entire front end staff was remarkable! Joshua made sure we were taken care of and was so kind and friendly! That store was 10 times better than Plano! Highly recommend using them for grocery needs 🤗 ~Kelly

I went to this CVS Location yesterday, and I had the most wonderful shopping experience there thanks to this Extraordinary kind patient and very caring employee named Kayla!! This wonderful young lady helped me with with the photo printing technology, because I could've understand it on my own. By the time I was finished with my purchase I became a CVS member and I concluded that I will be shopping at this location more thanks to this exemplary customer service given to me by this amazing employee. ~Darryllynn

It's.a decent place to be around. You get regular stuff here in terms of Pharmacy, Groceries, Fruits, Food etc. They are not as big as super centers. But big enough for day to day items. ~Steve

ZERO Stars rating! one is the lowest on the web. I live close by and every time I pass by this PNB on Saturday, they are always close. I admit that they might have opened on some Saturday but since I live close by and sometime shop at the plant nursery and eat at the restaurant next to them. I have never seen them open on a Saturday. PNB you need to change your hours or be there and answer your phone and call them back when they leave a massage. ~Ret
