Best drugstore in Richardson, Texas (TX) 2024

If you plan on coming to this location to pick up a prescription you better plan on taking half the day off work. The pharmacy and this location has the slowest customer service I have ever seen in my life! On top of that they keep trying to fill my prescriptions before they're ready to be filled and then my insurance denies it. I honestly don't understand what's going on in this place. ~Rachel

I went to this CVS Location yesterday, and I had the most wonderful shopping experience there thanks to this Extraordinary kind patient and very caring employee named Kayla!! This wonderful young lady helped me with with the photo printing technology, because I could've understand it on my own. By the time I was finished with my purchase I became a CVS member and I concluded that I will be shopping at this location more thanks to this exemplary customer service given to me by this amazing employee. ~Darryllynn

The "Minute Clinic" is a joke. They list everything they treat online, including UTI...so I took my elderly mom and as we sat down with the rude provider, she said, "just so you know, we don't treat UTI's. If she actually has one, we'll refer you to Urgent Care. " I expressed my disappointment and told them I would review them online accordingly as this was misleading. We left without any services. After I told the provider I would review them, I got a text that our "appointment was canceled due to temporary closure, " which meant I couldn't review them on their site. I have never understood why people who don't care about people get into the medical field. ~Landon
