My wife and I moved our account from CVS after four years of spending tons of money with them. The lady pharmacist would not let me use the bathroom and lied about it and said it was out of order. We moved our account to Walgreen’s and you don’t have to ask permission to use the restroom

I went to the drive thru to buy a COVID rapid test and he said I have to go inside . But I said I have COVID and he said is OK. Not very smart for a Farmacist…Do t know if all the store are the same but people are not screen or Trained. Give a Zero.

Tuesday May 3rd 10:55 PM..Drove 7 Miles with a sick infant..just to find out a big corporation store decided to close early. Not good CVS! And it's not the company but the people who work there and the Area/District managers who allow it!!

Staff at the pharmacy are mean and unprofessional. I was told I can walk in to get a vaccine one day ahead, when I showed up the next day they responded with an attitude and told me they don't take walk in . I was very shocked the way I was treated. I felt like I was asking for charity. I called Tom Thumb pharmacy, they responded with a friendly and professional way and got my vaccine in 5min with a smiley and cheering faces. Thank you Tom Thumb staff. Shame on you CVS.

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I went there today and the sign said if you buy two coke products you get the third free. That is a joke. They lied. The guy at the front gave some lame excuse. I will never set foot in that store again. They do not have to lie to people.

Person at the counter was nice, took all my coupons I had on my card, normal CVS experience in my opinion! Don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews in terms of personnel. Has the same amount of products as I’ve seen in other Dallas CVS locations, think everyone is generally lower on stock with hair care items bc of supply chain problems.

I went to this CVS Location yesterday, and I had the most wonderful shopping experience there thanks to this Extraordinary kind patient and very caring employee named Kayla!! This wonderful young lady helped me with with the photo printing technology, because I could've understand it on my own. By the time I was finished with my purchase I became a CVS member and I concluded that I will be shopping at this location more thanks to this exemplary customer service given to me by this amazing employee.

The gentleman in the back of this photo is Israel. He was beyond disrespectful and gave innacurate information in regards to very serious medication called Trazadone. He is In need of review by a superior. He is the Worst member on the staff and the worst pharmacist I’ve come across in all my years of having a chronic disease that’s immunocompromised. All other staff here are by far beyond friendly and helpful. Please take this review into serious consideration. Thank you

I would give a zero star if there is one. I was charged twice for a prescription, and when I called them to refund my money, they asked me to come to the store. they said there is only one transaction but my bank shows 2 duplicate transactions. I also called the bank and they confirmed there were 2 duplicate transactions. CVS did not refund my money and they were rude. They made a mistake and they never acknowledge it. I have the worst customer experience there.

This pharmacy is the worst. They keep you waiting forever just to pick up an already filled prescription. I have to have them re-do the insurance almost every time, and they keep switching back and forth between 30 and 90 days. I quit on them, and called another pharmacy to get everything transferred out. That pharmacy called me back a week later and said they “give up”. Apparently they had been on hold for “several hours” calling every day over the past week to talk to the pharmacist. I ended up abandoning my prescriptions there and getting the doctor to write new ones. You want another example? I went to the drive through right before they closed and no one answered. Finally I gave up and walked in the door at 4:59 (they closed at 5:00). They shut the pharmacy gate in my face and I had to give them cash to get my prescription. Wow.
